I should have known that a company like this is all about extraction; I should have checked this site for references. When the plumber (employee/franchisee?) got here, he told me the job of unclogging the toilet sewer line would cost $840, guaranteed for six months. I told him no way. He then offered to do it for $500, no guarantee. Stupid me said okay. It literally took him 20 minutes to get his equipment from the van and unclog my toilet! How much he gets and how much the company gets, I don't know. But, don't you miss the days when your plumber was the guy your kids or grandkids kids' went to school with? He lived in your neighborhood, and you saw him regularly at the Boy Scout fundraiser? He was part of your community, and he cared about the people he served. I called my daughter, who works in remediation, and she said I could just make a small opening in the walls, spray some bleach water in there, put a fan on, and let it dry out.
