I am writing to share my incredible experience with USA Construction and Restoration. This company was truly a blessing to us! At the end of October, we experienced a flood in our kitchen due to a water line issue from the refrigerator. To make matters worse, we also had a leak in our bathroom. As a result, our bathroom and entire kitchen, including the cabinets, had to be removed. We had dryers running for about a month before we could begin rebuilding everything. Elijah, Vlad, and the rest of the team were so kind and helpful, guiding us through every step of the process. As someone who had never dealt with this before, I greatly appreciated their recommendations for reliable companies to select materials from, as well as their honest advice. We felt very comfortable having them work in our home. They were patient with my many questions and never rushed us. I had purchased a somewhat finicky kitchen faucet (it was pretty, but not very functional) and a water purifier, and Vlad worked tirelessly to ensure everything was installed correctly. He didn't stop until it was completely fixed. Even after the job was completed, and it looks incredible by the way, they continued to check in to ensure everything was working properly. I highly recommend USA Construction and Restoration. They are honest, hardworking, and take immense pride in their work. Their prices are also very reasonable. USA Restoration was great to deal with from beginning to end! They sent over 2 of their best, Delphino and Omar. Amazing workers and very knowledgeable. We had some water damage that escalated to finding more damage but thankfully they caught all of the leaks and were able to get it all under control. Delphino kept us in the loop throughout the whole process which made everything a lot easier to understand and work around. Omar was always on task and making sure he was doing everything right, no cut corners! Devin was in constant contact with us about the restoration process and making sure they checked every possible spot to ensure they didn't miss anything while working on the house. Cannot thank them enough for the help and work they did! Also for giving us references for other services we would need after their work was finished. I found a major water leak in my kitchen around 8:30PM on Labor Day, l contacted 3 companies based on Google Review, USA Restoration Company was the only company that answered the phone and they had a crew come out that very night to remove the water.. Project Manager David Higgins is very professional, easy to communicate with, and handled everything from the emergency cleanup to the insurance claim effectively. We had a plumbing back up that flooded our downstairs with sewage water on a Saturday night. I have never experienced anything like this before. These guys do excellent work. I had two different water problems in my master bathroom within only a few months of each other. Eli and his guys performed excellent work in a timely manner and even cleaned up after themselves when the job was finished. You definitely cant say that about all contractors!
