We had to…read morewait both times for 15-20 minutes even with appointments however the customer service is outstanding. Masks are mandatory and enforced. We schedule our pedicures upon recommendation from the staff. Highly recommend reaching out to do so. When you arrive you must wash your hands and then sit in the amply provided waiting area. Once you are taken to your chair you will notice all items being used on your feet are clean, new and everything is disinfected between customers. They do not use illegal tools like some nail salons. They have plenty of colors to choose from and are willing to help you select if you need it. My daughter is 3 and loves coming here as they even have a hello kitty mini chair for her to use. Highly recommend for first pedicure and manicures. Will be back!

But when I got home, I noticed my nails had air bubbles in them. So, I called and came back in 2 days later. The woman that works there told me she couldn't see the bubbles and when I showed her a picture of them (second pic below) that I had taken right after the appointment, she said it was AI?? I asked her to either take them off and refund them or just to redo them. They refused to redo them and said they would take them off and refund them, so I agreed. They only clipped them? Both refused to soak my nails off because it would've been an extra charge. I had high hopes based on reviews and they were sweet and respectful during the appointment. I would have been a recurring customer if they had just fixed the problem. EDIT: I forgot to mention this at first. They tried to refund me $65 for the nails (still paid $45 for the pedicure) and instead of refunding it, they charged the card. I had to wait in the salon for 45 minutes for a $130 refund. $65 for the nails and $65 for the charge. Insane experience.

Was grateful to find this place open on a Monday and willing to take walk-ins. Yay The shop is located in the small strip mall that does seem to be having a little bit of construction outside so be careful as you navigate through the entrance. I had no wait as a walk-in and asked for an sns manicure and a regular pedicure. They're basic pedicure goes for 30 bucks and includes a very thorough, callous removal. I've never had my feet so smooth and I go to the nail shop on the regular. All of their pedicure chairs are also massage chairs so make sure to take advantage of that as soon as you sit down. Great nail color selection and they were able to easily match my toenail polish to one of the dip colors. Dip ran around $45 if I remember correct. It was very quick and efficient, done while I was still in the pedicure chair and extremely neat. No excess polish stuck in my cuticles or on my fingers. The staff here are super considerate and removed a tip at no charge for a woman who came in randomly as I was sitting under the UV light drying my toes. I would definitely come back again and I'm honestly surprised the rating for this place is not higher.

None of the customers were watching the game, yet the staff reacted to it as if they were at a sports bar. The constant yelling and loud outbursts became so distracting that they gave me a headache. I even put on my headphones to try to block out the noise, but then realized I shouldn't have to do that just to enjoy a manicure and pedicure. A salon should provide a calm, relaxing environment where customers can enjoy their services. These people were rude and disrespectful. This wasn't an isolated incident. On previous visits, I've also experienced staff members laughing and carrying on very loud conversations with one another during my appointments. While it's nice to see employees enjoying their work, the focus should remain on creating a pleasant, peaceful experience for customers. The one bright spot was the woman who performed my pedicure. She was kind, professional, and did an excellent job. I truly appreciated her service. I hope management will recognize that the customer experience should always come first.
