We've talked many times about the issues we are having and he always defaults to "the job was done per industry standards." He's like a broken record. Even though the defects began showing up only a couple months after he finished the job, he refuses to come back and fix anything because now it's been over a year. I've read the google reviews about his business and it sounds like a common theme. His replies are what I experienced dealing with him - he takes no accountability for his poor work and always blames someone else.
