Not only did I get a same day appointment but they were efficient & came in the time frame promised. They text me to confirm my driver & window time & then the driver text me when he was 30 min away & that text includes the drivers full name & photo. What a great safety feature. David did an amazing job. He was thorough, kind, & was very knowledgeable. He not only answered all the questions I had but he was able to give me future tips on stains and keeping my carpets nice. The price was also very reasonable. I had David give me an estimate for the rest of my house because I was very pleased.
