Rasin came in and immediately put me at ease - offering his expert advice but ultimately making sure I got what I wanted. We exchanged renderings and notes for one day and that was the extent of the design process. Installation was quick and simple and it was exactly what I wanted! Keep in mind I did have to have an electrician involved to get the lights, tv and integrated fireplace all installed but he was very clear about that up front. I would absolutely recommend Rasin and plan to use him again in the near future!

However, once he was up on the roof, he found that the gutters were clean, no debris in sight. He suggested the it might be a roof issue, not gutters. I asked him how much he wanted to be paid for coming over and taking a look.... He said there was NO charge! Not even a minimal amount for the effort he, and his crew, provided. He was adamant. Added recessed lighting, new fan and new lights with dimmers. They have an in house electrician and a large crew of drywall specialists. So there's no waiting for someone to come finish the job in stages. My house was vacant during all of this and yes, the popcorn removal is a big messy job. But when they were finished, OMG you'd never know they were here. The ceiling looks amazing. Demi took about a week and is also perfect. Electrician moved the light switch and the vanity light spot. I cant say enough about Jack Doucette, the owner. He really cares about you. He even gets his hands dirty. My neighbors saw them at my house and hired them too. Just do it!
