I didn't select a technician for my hands because I was getting a simple solid color and honestly didn't care who did them. At checkout, I was told I owed extra because they had switched my technician. I explained that I never requested a switch and had already prepaid the full amount, but was told that some technicians cost more. It's not about the money at all. It's about the lack of communication and the way the situation was handled.
