The person who cut my nails cut my middle finger on my right hand so short that when the woman who actually did my nails came over she asked if I wanted to even them all out, and I let her know that someone here cut them that way. I will say the woman who did my nails took her time which I appreciate, but I cannot believe how short my nails are now. The actual shape of my nails are extremely bulbous and thick at the base, bumpy, and round with a weird sharp point at the end. I asked for pointy almond. These nails are so unflattering they make my hands look short and stubby. I have been getting dip for 2 years now and have never been this disappointed before. This was my first time here and definitely will not be returning.

I have never given this low of a review but I can't believe how bad of a service I received today…read more First off two things that stuck out: no lotion and no kneck massage while drying which I've had hundreds of manicures and that's protocol, especially if you tip while like I did. The lady who did my nails was straight up RUDE. she didn't ask my preference for anything and went way too deep with the cubicles. She got up at least twice mid manicure to do other things and one of the other ladies came over and started whispering while staring at my nails. I didn't even get a good manicure after going through all of that. The end product is streaky and I could have done a better job myself. Half of my nail looks like it has a second coat and he other half looks like it doesn't. Not to mention it's chipping already, less than 4 hours later. Extremely disappointing. As I read in other reviews, they don't walk you to the dryer or instruct you how to use it they just stop with the top coat and point. I ended up messing up one of my nails trying to figure out how the dryer worked. I listened to the lady giving a pedicure and she seemed to have a relationship with her client, so maybe she does a good job but the lady I had was enough to make me stay away for good. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE... unless you want to leave feeling blown off and angry.

The place was busy but not packed, and I was able to get in for a spa pedicure. I choose one that included callous removal which I desperately needed, plus a leg mask and 15 minute massage. My nail tech understood the assignment and went to town on my feet, removing all the rough parts. She gave me an excellent massage, and left my feet and legs feeling like they were brand new. They had a decent selection of colors here as well. After I dried for a while she also wrapped my feet up so that the polish wouldn't get ruined on my walk home. My only complaint is that the space was in need of a cleaning in some areas, but they were also pretty busy so it may just have been that in the rush they weren't able to clean up all the way.
