Your salon is too unique to be confused for another. Avoiding accountability in all your negative reviews just to have them removed is a terrible business practice and just proves my point. I will add a photo of my nails to help jog your memory. I told your tech I was coming in to fix my nails so late because I was going on vacation the next day, which is why I couldn't come back to fix them. I also paid $100 WITH tip just to fix my original broken nail so why would I return again to pay so much for a terrible job? Your tech said you do hard gel all the time, but when I asked her to fix 2 nails that looked like they were lifting from underneath I was told "yes of course" just for her to leave the air under neath and not fix anything. I was also told that square nails would look better on me after years of having almond/oval. I said I didn't think so but was told it would. The nail tech who was in charge and speaking to me was Latina & the actual nail tech who did my nails never spoke a word to me as the other translated ri her. Not sure if that helps you remember. She was working on someone else and I was okay with waiting a couple minutes ... 15 minutes later, she asked me to soak my feet in water and was nowhere near done with the other customer .. I was like mhm ok ... after 25 minutes, I couldn't do it anymore. I started to take my feet out of the water and told her I couldn't wait any longer and that I understand things happen but to not take reservations then ... instead of apologizing, she goes "things happen, people take longer, that's how it goes".... Proper technique does not require aggressive buffing, and the damage is clearly due to poor prep, not my nail health. I've had regular manicures for years and never experienced this kind of damage. My nails are now taking months to grow out and recover. I would not recommend this place, especially if you care about the long-term health of your natural nails.

During those 20 minutes, I sat in the pedicure massage chair, which made the wait better. I chose my gel color. The tech was very nice, professional and did an excellent job. My nail tech understood the assignment and went to town on my feet, removing all the rough parts. She gave me an excellent massage, and left my feet and legs feeling like they were brand new. They had a decent selection of colors here as well. After I dried for a while she also wrapped my feet up so that the polish wouldn't get ruined on my walk home. My only complaint is that the space was in need of a cleaning in some areas, but they were also pretty busy so it may just have been that in the rush they weren't able to clean up all the way.
