I took time out of my day to drive to the location and go into the store just to talk with--not even a manager--an employee who, talking to her manager over the radio, let me know that they would not in fact see me for my interview and that they were only looking for full-time employees, despite the website and advertising suggesting they were also looking for part-timers. The lack of professionalism and communication shocked me and I'm very dissatisfied with how Nordstrom Rack handled the situation.
