When I returned it at the store, it turns out that the TV serial number didn't match the box. Upon further inspection it was actually a Sony tv. So, somone in the store or their distributor swapped TVs and I'm out $400. Store customer service and managers couldn't care less and just kept repeating that there is nothing they can do if the serial numbers don't match. No investigation or research or concern about internal theft/fraud of any kind. So I'll try disputing the charge, going to small claims, etc. What an unnecessary waste of time, money and frustration due to Target fraud!

Much bigger than the former store in the same property. A separate area for Home Goods section as well. The kitchen section had everything and more. I like the layouts because it makes it easy to find whatever you are looking for. Usually ample of parking unless its the holiday season. Having seen the intensity of the December rush, I was impressed by how quickly and seamlessly the team transformed the space. What really sets this store apart, though, is the staff. The associates are consistently helpful, professional, and welcoming. The newer checkout process is handled efficiently, and the line moves quickly. One associate in particular, Lisa, stands out -- she is friendly, efficient, and makes every visit better. This Kohl's clearly benefits from strong leadership and a team that takes pride in their work. It's the kind of store that keeps customers coming back, and I'm happy to count myself among them.

I was refused the return, as they say I return too many items and that is against their policy to accept any more returns from me. As I recall I don't have too many buys there and especially too many returns. But If I knew there's a limit to how many items you could buy or return, I would not go to that store at all. There are no clear postings about it. When I buy something, I ALWAYS ask how many days I have to return, if I have to. They have a 30 days policy in general. Nobody ever says about limited returns. But what is the limit? 2 times, 10 or 50? More? If they have such a policy, it has to be posted clearly in store. Nobody likes such surprises. I need to be able to return items for a full refund. I will file the complaint with the BBB for sure.

When you first walk into the store everything looks nice and neat in the front but as you continue to go through the limited aisles, everything is disorganized. I don't expect any more than that given that all the locations are similar, however, this location is small compared to the other ones like Revere and they don't have alot of inventory. I visited close to closing and made it to the line in the end. There were many announcements made to remind customers that the store was about to close but they only had one person doing cashier for the line. Having some back up would've been awesome. These are situations where leadership should also jump in to help.

The frequency that we have encountered errors in the orders fulfilled by the Saugus, MA Walmart Supercenter is unprecedented. It is clear that the Walmart Supercenter in Saugus has incapable, incompetent employees, supervisors, and managers, and no effective quality assurance program over their on-line order fulfillment. As bad as the Walmart Supercenter is in Saugus, the CHAT people at the other end of the Walmart website are as bad, if not worse. Rather than fix an incomplete delivery, the CHAT person that I dealt with said the best he could do is deliver the missing items, 2 days later; not the same day as the incomplete order, not the next day, but 2 days later. I gave up, and accepted a refund. Oddly enough, I placed a new order at www.walmart.com, and that order was fulfilled, and delivered, the next day. How could that be? It is clear that Walmart has no interest in their customers, or their customer's experience with Walmart.
