I started on April 16, 2026 I was a quality control worker in the warehouse department I was checking clothing for staines but come to find out that it was used clothes that customers already hard worn and had sent them back all filled with dog hair cat hair a bed bugs, when I went for the in person interview Jessica the manager told me what I was gonna be doing that I was gonna be putting the clothes into the computer system but she never mentioned that it was filthy clothing that customers had worn already and never mentioned that the clothes was coming in full of dog hair cat hair and bed bugs, the last day that I worked there Jessica turns around and said to me to open up 3 pallets of heavy boxes of the filthy clothes by myself, while normally is 2 persons opening those boxes and one of the other employees asked Jessica if it was ok for her to help me open up the boxes and Jessica told her no that she had to finish her cart first after I finished opening all 3 pallets of boxes by myself Jessica approaches me and asks me that how many carts I had done so far because I was sorter 1 because Jessica the manager changed my position from being a scanner to a sorter because Courtney was complaining that I wasn't putting the right items in the computer system the proper way so that's why Jessica the manager took me off from scanning to becoming a sorter and once you became a first sorted you have to complete 3 carts full of filthy dirty clothes by the end of the day well Jessica the manager came up to me and said to me that I had to work much faster and complete 3 carts full of clothes by the end of each day but the day that she pulled me of in completing my 3 cart that day I had to break down 3 pallets full of boxes. This is not a save work environment because I was bringing bedbugs to my apartment that I had to call my landlord so my landlord could come and exterminate my apartment. So please do not try to work in the warehouse or purchase any clothes from the store because they are used clothes that other customers have purchased worn and returned them back all filthy.

Walked into the Coach Store in Newport Mall today, Sunday, April 28, 2019, to purchase my wife a…read morenew purse for our 3 week vacation abroad. My wife a nurse and me an administrator walked into the store with sweat suits and sneakers. We were met by a African American sales associate who provided a brief hello and gave us a once over and continued to prance around after I responded, were just looking. The store manager approached us shortly after and stood by us and smiling. Make a long story short, I purchased a purse for my wife, key chain and woman's wallet to match her new purse. Upon entering our home in Bay Ridge Brooklyn my wife unwrapped her new gift only to realize that the strap to the purse was missing....... we called the store only to find out it was closed. I wonder how this will play out when I call tomorrow. I pray and hope I don't get into a hassle because I will return everything on the spot for a full refund. I was not even rude nor displayed any negative sentiments (believe me, i rarely give negative reviews of this magnitude unless i have felt very strongly that it was really wrong). Wow! And no thank you at the end for making a purchase, either. Sure the mall may have plenty of irate customers who may have had given reps a hard time. That i can understand. But for customers like me, esp with an easy purchase (come on now! I'd dream to have clients who does not need to think but just buy!), shouldnt really be the ones getting the brunt of that. Business survives on customer service and there is a level of professionalism that ought to be consistent no matter what. Even at the end, the bag was slightly thrown at me, indicating some level of sarcasm. I am shocked because the brand should go hand in hand with luxury and customer service- not luxury and attitude. My grandma recently passed and amongst her things, I found a watch that must have been my grandpa's. It says WWII Veteran in the watch face so I just had it resized to fit me. I'm wearing it as I type this. My dad just had to get a new wedding band since he outgrew his, and they have beautiful options that can be custom created any way you want. Apparel, shoes, toys, home goods, accessories and so much more. Lots of signs all around made it easy to locate different sections. I found most of the sections very tidy and clean. All items were are priced decently cheap, but tue quality isn't bad for the cost. We bought some top, jeans and kids toy from here. They had two checkout sections.
