Never been to a Marshalls as useless as this one. They never have anything. I think I only purchased something at this location once and I've gone about 10 times hoping I came on a bad day. Marshall's/TJ Maxx is that girl that y'all claim Target is. Do you know how hard it is to leave Marshall's/TJ Maxx empty handed? Katz or Marshall's, don't really care who, should be corralling the roaches standing outside the door. You should never be blocking another establishment. Especially for a damn sandwich. read more

While spending a weekend in Lower East Side, we popped in just to browse. We were staying close by, and we love Marshalls! This location didn't disappoint. They're well stocked. No vacation of mine is complete without a trip to a Marshalls store. I was in lower Manhattan and I dropped in to purchase a few goodies. On this trip I found some great things. Coach Poppy perfume for $29.99. Crabtree and Evelyn Muguet hand cream for $5.99. Baci chocolates for $5.99. Godiva Goldmark for $7.99. The line was short, and the cashier was friendly. Was here the other day. The store is always messy and I don't mind looking through things to find the hidden gems Marshall's has to offer but I didn't feel so comfortable because of this short Spanish woman, employee kept following me around the store. Re positioning everything I touched. I even saw her yelling other employees/staff in the home section. Please please hire more competent and friendly people. Marshall's at East Houston is another location I have love to shop but I'm not in this area very often. I can't miss a Marshall's Store any time I pass one. I'm a huge fan of Marshall's because they sell brand names for less. I know where all the Marshall's Stores are located and have been to each of them on various occasions. One good thing about Marshall's, you can usually find what you're looking for plus walk out with things you don't need! The last time I was here I was shopping for boots. A decently big location with 3 floors ish. There is elevators and escalators in each floor. The top floor has a bunch of cosmetics and bath and body and beauty options. I saw a ton of cute graphic tees for about $8 and some hoodies for $20! There is a restroom on the bottom floor which is nice, but phone service is very spotty and the wifi doesn't work. read more

I had to call the Fire Marshalls because all the employees got Fired when I was shopping here. This is one of my favorite Marshalls because it's in an area where not a lot of people will let you use their bathroom and the security guard on the door told me I could go ahead and use the bathroom even though it was two flights down. So I went all the way down both escalators when I got down there I found the men's section which contain one item of activewear that was almost $30 but it was by far the sexiest hoodie for a boy that I have seen in a long time or ever - so after showing it to my pornstar girlfriend we agreed that it was worth the investment. And I bought it. Except they had no Wifi in here, hence the 4, so I had to go up and out just to contact her. So I was telling the security guard on the door that it's really cool that he let me go ahead and use the restroom and ended up getting the hoodie, so he earned an extra $30 because there was no way I was going to be going in looking for clothes when I was in Manhattan trying all the Boba if not for him letting me use that bathroom. He said of course that's how we do it - and he was a really nice guy and I appreciated him and it and the only thing is that the store needs to have some Wi-Fi and that $30 is a lot for a hoodie but nevertheless I love it so much! 4 stars and plus one for the lovely security guard. read more

The place looks small but there are 3 levels. The staffs are very friendly and the store is packed with merchandise. The place is very clean and organized. If you are looking for something for yourself or a gift, Marshall's is always a good place to shop at. They also have a bathroom in the lower level for the public to use. read more

This is a very nice store that is not particularly crowded. I discovered this location while on my way to Katz's Deli. I found two items immediately. I found A La Maison Honeysuckle skin cream, and then I found Hopificio fresh aloe bar soap. I visited the lower level that is mostly Women's clothing, and then I visited the bottom level where Men's clothing and the bathrooms are located. I didn't find anything else that was interesting so I paid and left. I will visit again. read more

I was so excited to see we got a Marshalls in the neighborhood. It might be a little bit smaller than what I'm use to; but I feel as though they pack into this space pretty efficiently. This store is dangerously stocked-prepare to lose track of time and they have wifi! The security card is super kind and present, makes you feel very safe. Not too sure what the "greeter" employee standing adjacent to him was doing, but when I was struggling to open the door he didn't skip a beat to point out how to open the door. Really makes a difference. I decided to check out their shampoo and conditioner stock since I was looking to change up my routine and they have EVERYTHING! So many options in terms of liquid bathroom products. Their inventory of bar of soap is very light. They had maybe two or three options but did have one brand (with two different scent options) offering a plastic free face/body soap bar that hit all the ingredient and eco-friendly buzz words. read more

I work very close and I end up coming here often when I have some time to burn. The loss prevention folks are soooo annoying on the lower level and kind of make it a uncomfortable to shop but somehow every time I purchase make up here it's always got a finger mark on it by the time I open it. read more
