I typically come here for my Amazon returns however I always end up shopping at their location. The…read moreservice has always been great. Today the cashier, Vasantai, was so pleasant and helpful and surprisingly the other customers that were shopping were very talkative. I think we were all amazed at the 50% off already reduced prices with an additional 25% off coupon. The selections of clothing varied. They had all seasonal clothing available and on sale. I was bummed because I had a gift card at home and didn't expect to shop the way I did.

Next door to a well run CVS in Target is a poorly run Kohl's. On occassion when in need of socks or…read moresweat pants, I have made a few purchases from Kohl's, usually when returning an item from Amazon (this Kohl's has a dedicated return counter for Amazon returns). Once the Amazon item is returned, Koh's provides a $5 coupon good for a week. When combined with other coupons, such as a 30% off coupon, and then again combined with a sale (buy one package of socks, get the second package for 50% off), a shopper can receive a much better value than purchasing the same items from Amazon, etc. In this case, my items cost $3.50 each, whereas they were selling on Amazon for more than twice that amount. However, if I wasn't already in the store, I would not have bothered. The customer service line was at least 10 people deep, the checkout line was about 20 people with only two registers open, the merchandise displays were a disorganized mess and their wifi went down for a short time (so they couldn't take returns or process purchases). For those focused on price over service, this may be your place!

Since our friends had a small child, we decided to get her a few children's books as a little gift. Marshall's had a good selection of them and we found some that we knew she would like, The store itself is nice but a bit cramped and maybe smaller than other Marshall's I have visited. Still, getting some nice children's books and not having to stand in line too long to pay were win/win situations for me.

I highly recommend to any customer wanting to go to the Marshall's in Millbury that you don't bring your purse in or bring a body guard. The camera system is highly ineffective and the staff not trained on how to interact with customers when something like this happens. This will be the last time I visit a Marshalls, tjx or home goods. I don't feel safe there anymore!!! Very disappointing!!!

Can't say enough good things about Miles To Go, I traveled all the way out to Sutton from Boston…read morebecause they're the only store I could find that carries the full line of Altra trail shoes, and I was not disappointed. Not only do they have Altra, but they carry all of the specialty endurance products that you typically have to go online for, whether it's hydration, nutrition, outerwear, footwear, or recovery. I basically knew exactly what I wanted going in, but spent way too much time browsing around, because it was the first time I had seen a lot of gear in person. The staff was incredibly friendly and incredibly knowledgable, and it was great that when I told them I was training for a 50 mile trail race, not only did they not look at me like I was crazy, they had great, helpful advice. I try to shop at local shops as much as possible, but all too frequently they just don't have what's needed for my silly athletic endeavors, or the level of service just isn't what you want it to be. Miles To Go doesn't suffer from either issue, and it's a small shop I'll happily make the drive for again and again.

The owner (older lady) was completely disrespectful to my family. Making faces and being rude to my kids (and they weren't bad at all). We were inside the store for no more than 4-5 minutes (I only purchased one item - in and out fast). We weren't greeted with a hello when we entered the store - actually she gave us a dirty look immediately (and we were the only ones there). I regret not saying something to her but her loss in the end. They used to have another young worker (I think their daughter), she had more respect/class than her mom. For the local families out there, I would avoid this place or shop alone. Also, don't expect the friendly hello or even a smile (that's asking way too much - unless of course the owners read this and change their attitudes immediately). I will take my business to stores that actually respect customers with families.
