A week and a half later I called and was told they came in "yesterday at 4". How convenient. I understand delays, I don't understand the lies and failure of keeping us informed of the delays. This is not the way customers should be treated. We will not be returning to Smithfield Lighting.

I got 4 offers from local plumbers. Just Right Plumbing was the 1st to respond, and an appointment was setup for 8 am the next morning. I may have been too hasty since 8 am came and went which wasn't just right. I called the plumber's mobile phone. He apologized for the delay and showed up at 11 am instead. That was OK, but I don't think they'll be changing their name. Anyway, to make a long story short, Just Right installed the replacement valve I bought from Amazon, and for the inconvenience of missing my appointment, charged me only $85. Just call me Happy!

As President of the Beacon Commons Homeowners Association, I received numerous quotes and presentations from various roofing companies. However, no one, and I mean no one, gave a more thorough presentation than Justin and his crew. Justin focused on our needs and our budget. As the board of directors listened to each roofing companies proposal, it was clear in the end that Roof Central was our best solution.
