Oh and the Asian cashier wanted to make sure I gave her a good review. She almost insisted. OK so within minutes of posting the review Micheal the manager came out and asked me what was wrong. I explained and he was very apologetic and offered to rewash the vehicle. I told him it would be okay if they wiped it down good. He worked on the car himself to assure it was done correctly. Upon arriving to have my truck washed, I accepted an upsell from your sales representative for additional services, including treatment for the trim and seats. While waiting, I observed a detailing staff member behaving in a manner that appeared pressure-oriented toward customers regarding tips. While I initially paid little mind to this, it became a direct issue once my vehicle was completed. Before tipping, I inspected the front of my truck and found remaining bug residue on the body and trim. When I requested that this be addressed, the attendant made only a minimal effort--leaving several spots unresolved, so I had to clean portions myself. Despite the incomplete service, I still provided a gratuity. In response, the employee expressed clear displeasure, implying the amount was insufficient. Gratuity is meant to acknowledge exceptional service, not to be treated as a mandatory requirement--especially when basic detailing standards are missed. Given the incomplete work, a tip was not warranted. If aggressive tipping expectations and substandard quality control continue to be tolerated, I will take my business elsewhere in the future. First they charged me a $4. extra fee for a large size vehicle (I drive a Kia Soul) the outside of the car looks ok. The inside how ever was not so great. The vacuuming was not done very well. The windshield was not completely cleaned. The cupholders were left dirty. They also pulled my floor mats up and left them on the seats. They did not clean or wipe down the door frames. $32.99 + tip for a half done job. Sad! I can say that at least they were nice employees. read more

It was OK. I gave it three star lots of crust inside the corners of the car and dog hair in the back. I told the guy pacifically can he vacuum the dog here in the back he said sure no problem. It wasn't done. The quality of the wash has gotten so bad over the last few times I have gone that I started going to the hand wash in apple valley but it's about a 30 minute drive from my house, so today I tried this place again and was charged a extra fee for them having to wash my Tesla outside the tunnel, when I went and asked what the fee was the lady said you've been here before you should have noticed that charge before and started laughing. What I receive my car they're a heavy scratch marks as if they're reusing old or dirty towels and fingerprints and scratches near my door handles. Keep in mind I've only hand car washed this car until today. Also a foam washed twice and pressure washed before a microfiber cloth even touches my paint. I asked the cashier while I was charged $29.99 for my car and why the receipt says it's an oversized car. She was very dismissive and waving her hands at me like to go away. I will never return. I requested them just to wash the exterior even though I was okay paying for a full wash. Brand new vehicle with absolutely no belongings inside except a bottle of vitamins and pack of lip balms. The pack was unopened, once I got back home and went to get my vitamins in the back seat I seen the pack had been opened and missing 3 of the 5 items. Just got my truck washed this morning! This place used to be a good..... but the past two times I had brought my truck to get washed they are horrible from the outside and especially on the inside. It seems to be that if they are busy the worse the washes get. Streak marks on truck and windows, splatter marks on the center counsel, dirt and dust still on dash, didn't even clean my cup holders, and the worse I have detachable weather mats in my truck. I made it very specific that I wanted those pulled out and washed. Here's just a few pics. Now I understand why this car wash has such a low rating. I was in today 5-19-23 and I purchased the "luxury" car wash. I made sure to tell the guy at the front that I wanted tire dressing and also asked if he can please make sure my floor mats get wiped down and everything gets vacuumed and wiped down just because it was a little dirty. Paid a little over $40 and when my car was done it didn't have armor all on the tires (no big deal) I asked the gentleman if he could add some because I paid for it and after a few questions he did it. But when I drove off I noticed that I still had bird crap on my windshield, my floor mats were still dirty and not even properly vacuumed, I had dust all over the dash and radio still, and my front end still had dirt all over it. August 14, 2023. Great car wash, got the lowest package because we were in a hurry, the guy checking cars in was professional and courteous. The place seemed very busy but the guy said it would take about 45 mins and he was exactly right. After watching some of the other cars going through the wash I noticed the wheel track was pretty narrow, so I went to the back to ask if my wheels were too wide to fit and before even asking he already marked the windshield that it couldn't go on the track, so I'm very grateful that he had already noticed and didn't want to scratch the wheels. Also the interior was clean, smelled clean, and they don't use greasy interior dressing like some places do. I recommend getting your car washed here, no problems and they took great care of the car. Thanks guys. I think some people need to remember this is a car wash, not a dedicated detail shop. If you want every speck of dirt and and every streak meticulously stressed over, bring your car to a detail shop, but expect to pay a $150+ for it. read more

If i could i would leave 0 stars. I get greeted by the gentleman that always greets me on Sundays. I came to him with a complaint letting him know last visit they did a horrible job. Mats were not cleaned well there was still debris and on the trunks mat aswell. As i explain, instead of him listening to me as a customer that also gave a tip expressing my concerns he walks away talking, interupting me not listening. Apparently i found out hes the manager with the girl who charges in front. My car sat in the sun making MAJOR water spots which they tried to "buff" it out... Good luck. The doors weren't wiped down, there was a huge spill left, the trash was picked up off the floor and placed in the door, which I told them at the beginning I would throw it away, but was told not to worry about it, that it was "their job". When I told the one finishing my car about the little details that obviously are right there in the open, I was given attitude and told "I'm not the one that vacuumed it"... First off, I understand this, but you're finishing my car, please do it right. At least put the air freshener you asked me about in the car... However, when you pay for "The Works" which is the most expensive package you should get what you payed for right? Wrong! I watch them wash my truck with soap and water. Then back it out to hand dry it, wtf! There was no polish, wax, or rust preventive agent put on my truck like I payed for. So I payed $45 for something I could have just done in my drive way... For the pricing I believe it's pretty reasonable. It could use a bit of improvement because some visible parts are still dirty but it looks a lot better than how we had it. Horrible service!!!. Went to get was wash and wax. Waited for over an hour and no one touched my truck. When I went to see what was going on, they lady inside was rude and saying talk to the manager. She is the owner. Once they did started, you could see it was going to be a half ass job. I paid $60.00 for this lousy service. Others customers were there also having to explain to the people how to wash their cars. They did not clean the carpets, they did a poor vacuum job, the mirrors weren't cleaned, the wax job a horrible. They just want your cash, but don't want to give you what you paid for.
