I have sent yelp messages and called more than once. No reply or response at all ...nothing. The appointment was supposed to be today and it's too late to get someone else. I understand things happen but a reply is not to much to ask for. Now They are saying it was yelps fault. That is a straight lie. I called and left 2 messages The calls were to the business number not through yelp and were not after 5. Its ok to overbook or not be able to do. Just own it and be honest so i could have scheduled someone else. Not good business practice not good anything They say they care about every customer... not true. He was very efficient and did a very good job...taking time to go back over a spot that was a little extra dirty. He did an excellent job and the price was very reasonable. I will have no one else clean my carpet except Lovell's Carpet Cleaning Service. The owner John is very friendly and courteous to work with. The kind of person you enjoy doing business with. I will be calling Lovell's again in 6 months to have my carpets cleaned again.

They not only accommodated my needs, they cleaned the carpet better than any other service I've used. I have pets, and months after the job was performed, they're still odor free and look wonderful. When the cleaner left, he told me if anything isn't perfect to call back and "John will make it right." I didn't need anyone to come back and improve the job, because it was done right the first time. The man who came spent a long time at my house, and the bill was more than reasonable. FYI I have not been paid or contacted to write this review. I simply want to pay it forward. This is an excellent company.
