Every visit is wonderful, they're both so personable and attentive, and the unique finds are phenomenal. Each visit is at least a 1.5 to 2- hour ordeal as I gab away and meticulously go through each rack (and most times double back). Madewell, J Crew, Urban Outfitters-- oh my! ...and in Gainesville, FL?! I stan. No matter when I visit, there's always something (basically everything) rare and wonderful in this store, and also I run across an amazing shoe or two. Weddings, events, and whatever-- I know I can always find some fabulous piece at Urban. The time and attention put into buying and restocking is clear and evident. The prices are great, and the sales are even better. I have run into some store hour issues post-Covid, but I am also and regrettably aware of a few health issues that make it so. I truly hope to always have this store to visit when I'm in the area. It's become a must-stop, and amazing treat that I look forward to when I'm in town. Thank you Lilly for your years of customer service, for heightening the style game, and for bringing apex brands to Gainesville in one shop. For me, you've truly made your mark!

When the owner Robert, is working, I've always gotten the best service, and he will give you very honest feedback as to whether or not something looks good on you (rather than just lay on the BS to make you buy clothes). Some of the other employees however, just often look bored. The boutique has a very Miami feel to it, and I like the fact that they are open late, so you can wear your new purchase out on the town right away. Perhaps my favorite thing about this store, is that they never get more than a few pieces of the same item. This way, I know that the outfits that buy are relatively unique, and I'm unlikely to see the same dress on another woman. Having said that, they are very trendy pieces, so they don't have a lot of longevity as far as the style goes (although, I do have some purchases that I just refuse to stop wearing). My only complaint about the store is that they target a very specific type of customer. Let's just say that It is much more difficult for me to shop here now that I am in my 30's, as opposed to when I was in my 20's. The sizes also run a bit small, so I know better than to even bother trying on dresses, skirts, or pants. This probably wouldn't even be considered a "criticism" per se, because you can't fault a business for having a very specific consumer in mind.
