This is a wonderful store for all your Gator needs! And the best part yet, students and alumni get a 10% off! They have everything here ranging from clothes, car accessories, cups, furniture, art and I even recently saw a Gator Apple Watch band! Prices are reasonable! The items are all so cute! I definitely recommend this place for all your Gator needs! Plus they keep up to date with what you're allowed to bring for game days and what not. Go Gators!

    Huge Gator!!

Good prices and very cool items. Lovely service but I don't like how they ask for your government name to checkout. Gator boys stay hot!

Obviously my brain is not doing so good after all of the changes in our life, putting Bentley down and perimenopause. I wanted to cry because it was about $75-$80 worth of clothing and my energy drink cup. We drove home four hours and when we arrived home, I realized my bag was missing. I was very upset, but Chad said it's okay, we will just find the outfit again and I'll get you a new cup. Sunday I called and spoke with a young lady who said they had my bag behind the counter . She handed the phone to the manager Misty who thankfully, she said she'd send me all of my items, including my cup. I am so thankful to her for being a blessing and saving us from having to drive four hours again to Gainesville and four hours home. If you find yourself in the Gainesville area, make sure to check out their Buckle store because they obviously have amazing customer service and honest associates . Thank you Misty for being an amazing human. God Bless you and your store

If you don't want help, tell them you're just looking and *don't* give them your size. If you give them your size, you may still get them handing you clothes, even if you told them not to. I wear an extra long, which is very hard to find and I am very, very picky when I go in there. I don't like all the fashionable jeans. I just want plain, normal, nothing fancy jeans, which is hard to find in this store to begin with, nevermind trying to find it in my size. The salespeople are very helpful and patient with me. It's a nightmare trying to find my jeans, but I don't know of any other place that sells jeans in my size, so I appreciate the salespeople being patient with me while I try to find the most plain, normal pants I can that are my size. The salespeople are very helpful, patient, and kind. I've never had much of a problem getting them to leave me alone when I don't want the help and they've always been excellent when I do need help. PS - The clothes are overpriced. No doubt about that at all. They sell sizes that others don't carry, though, so I'm stuck paying more, but it's been worth it so far for me.

Last month I visited this thrift store with my elderly mother. When we entered, we noticed a…read more"service dogs only" sign. My mother has a legally recognized service dog in Massachusetts, so we didn't anticipate any issues. We spent about 15 minutes browsing and had items we intended to purchase. When my mother's back started hurting, I grabbed her small dog to help. At that point, two employees approached us in an aggressive and confrontational manner, demanding to know why she had the dog and insisting it needed to leave. The way this was handled was extremely upsetting and, frankly, humiliating, especially toward an elderly customer with anxiety in the first place. Rather than addressing the situation respectfully, we felt singled out and surrounded while simply trying to shop. I ended up taking the dog out to the car, and we left shortly after. Unfortunately, this experience completely overshadowed what should have been a simple visit. Between the high prices and the way customers are treated, I would strongly recommend choosing one of the many other thrift stores in the area. Compassion and basic respect go a long way, and this was a very disappointing experience.

I brought in some shoes today that I feel like people in Gainesville would actually wear. I was walking around the store and over heard someone say I wish they had more of a running shoes selection well I had a pair in my basket and guess what wasn't picked the running shoes. Also the way they are pricing clothes now is insane they gave me 8 dollars for a brand new pair of sandals and high top converses and I bet they will sale the converses for 30 dollars, it's not worth taking up there anymore I'd rather go to Sandys anymore.

The "manager on duty" was already…read moreraising her voice and ordering the other "less senior" employees, talking down, and demeaning. One kind employee with short hair constantly workong politely keep apologizing as she was like, she treats us like that too. I thought the worker would unlock the door and relock it after i left. There was a key in the door, to keep more customers from coming in. afterwards after the rude "manager on shift" told me "excuse me old slow lady, we are closed and waiting on you!" I just spent quite a large sum of money and the experience was embarrassing unnecessarily and was clearly bc she was in a "a mood" it wasnt just me as other employees kept apologizing as well. Im a frequent customer and that was the rudest, pushy, superficial, fake nice and unnecessary insults for a regular customer. Then I standed outside to contact corporate and owners of the gainesville location. 20 year old young less than kind ladies need to attend manner and class school. Seriously disappointed. The tone was aggravated in her voice. I mis understood bc of a traumatic brain injury and I had surgery in my neck 30 mins before. She needs more intervention and coaching for appropriate social and so to speak bed sign manager. She picked at her under employees. She seems like a bossy hard to swallow "manager" that let it go to her head. Then she laughed as I was apologizing for my misunderstanding for waiting the door to be open as I didnt feel right walking up and opening a door that may have an alarm on it. Some people are kind, accommodating, and try to be nice. That manager is a bully from watching her speak to her own workers. She tells employees rudely to do xyx instead of asking. I as an owner and former business owner am just appalled. If you heard and watched the video she would be let go. She goes "brain injury, RIGHT?" I Said may God and the universe bless you and may you have a better day and hopefully serious social training. She likes to tell people things vs asking. She shows she bosses around people not asking them kindly or even neutral-she grumpy annoyed voice TELLS them what she is ordering to do. I felt so embarrassed for the other employee. And the other customers. She was behind and spacy. its a terrible feeling and look and I plan to put this on gville word of mouth as this treatment to employees and customers is far from kind, appropriate, and good feeling. Retrain her. She needs coached. Also some jobs are just not a good fit for some people. She was frantic angry and all the employees and customers were uncomfortable. They say you remember the way people make you feel. She got a -10/10. -frequent customer since business was opened. I may put this on gainesville word of mouth as it was such a terrible experience, so abnormal, and SO not gainesville. I watched 3 customers leave from discomfort. Its your profits, going down from lack of respect of regular high purchasing customers and all customers. She doesn't like her job. Its all on her face and in her voice. Its just sad. I thought platos in gainesville improved. BOY WAS I WRONG. I may have aspergers autism, but socially even I know I wouldn't want that human on site. Incapable of making your experience nice and seemingly uncapable about not talking poorly about the higher ups, the franchise, and the owners. Just disappointed. Very. Going to put on social media as I know im not the only one she treated that night like that including employees and customers. If she is a manager on duty she needs to come back down to reality and find compassion, class, maturity, and what we customers want is kind words. Not insults and belittling too much info too loud and again so embarrassing for the owners. Its nice to be important however its more important to be kind.
