On May 13th of 2026. I was driving my car home when all of a sudden my car made a loud noise from my back tire. I had no choice but to pull over and park. The location where I parked had a tow truck company within a half block from where I was. That company was closed. I panicked not knowing what to do. I searched up more companies and received a phone call from DTRON. I hired his service and this was the shortest wait time that I ever had to wait. He was able to get to me in less than 45 minutes. Went to fill up my tank as I was trying to drive off the starter went. Now I'm stuck at pump tank full of gas. I can't go anywhere because my car has an electronic transmission and cannot shift into neutral to tow unless I can start it. Two different tow, companies showed up with a flatbed truck that could not move my car without dragging the wheels which would damage the transmission. D-Tron pulled up, he already knew what to do. Absolutely amazing service. My vehicle was not mobile at the time due to an accident, and he came through right when I needed him even last minute. DTRON was assigned to me by USAA roadside assistance after my car broke down on the side of 87. DTRON immediately called me to tell me they were not able to pick me up due to state regulations and 87 is considered a restricted highway but DTRON gave me the number to the state troopers to coordinate a pick up. They were extremely helpful in a pretty stressful situation. If they did not send me the state trooper number I would've been waiting on the side of the road in the cold with my pup for many hours. not only was the service incredible, the man who helped me was awesome. this man got out of bed, made it to my car 45 minutes faster than the time stated by insurance, but that's not what meant the most, this man was woken out of a deep sleep I'm sure to come help me, he could've been rude, or just indifferent, he wasn't. I was stranded on 84 close to the Newburgh Beacon bridge, and once I called USAA roadside assistance, DTRON towing called me immediately.
