Got a call after 2p saying the quote is over double and no work had been done. They didn't start any work until after 4p. Should've called the customer as soon as you knew the cost and time were going to be outside the quote. We denied the updated cost and said just do the oil. And then they put the WRONG oil in my car. Also hire a front desk lady who doesn't mind talking to customers cause the one you got is garbage. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere else and let this place close up.

Mike said yes right away and he even gave me a break on the price. The driver Sunny came within minutes and towed the car back to NYC. It was at least a 3 hour transport. He was professional and a nice guy. Dingees came through for me when I was stranded,, not sure what I would have done without them. I still have the 2003 Chevrolet Blazer that I used as school transportation when I was a 16 year…read moreold kid a little over a decade ago. The truck had been sitting for a few years and needed a new engine, front clip, wiring harness, and pretty much everything else ahead of the front wheels. I had bought a nearly identical crash vehicle as a parts car with the intention of swapping everything over myself but had to relocate due to new employment before I could start work and no longer had access to a home with a garage. I sent over both vehicles to Hyatt's and Ron did an absolutely incredible job getting my Blazer working again at the most reasonable price possible. This was an absolutely gigantic amount of work and required an immense amount of specialized tools and knowledge. Many mechanic shops would've refused this job due to its complexity and abnormality. Almost all of the shops that would have agreed to take the cars would not have been as communicative or resilient. I am lucky to have found them. I am very grateful to everyone at Hyatt's for returning me a vehicle that works great after sitting for so long! I would recommend them to anyone!

They won't let my insurance rep see my car, they won't let an arbitrator see my car and they refuse to work within the confines of the law. They have held my plates and my car hostage for months. I am still in arbitration with my insurance because Hyatts refuses for us to see MY car. I am not the only person they do this to. Go check their reviews. This is theft of my property and theft of NYS plates. When speaking to police ( the ones who called the tow) they said it was not their problem. So call your own town, never let the police do it, they are more than likely in bed with the tow companies.
