I think one of the other workers was very late but those two handled the rush perfectly! A customer came in and complained to the young girl working that her wrap was "too small". The girl politely told her she'd get her manager and then her manager tried to reason with the customer but it did no good, she was very mad. I feel very sorry for those kids who had to deal with such a rude customer. I think they handled the whole situation very well and they are very kind and hard workers! That girl was very sweet to me!
