This company is a scam. When booking online you have to enter your credit card before knowing what the cost will be. I called to verify the cost before booking my reservation. They quoted me $139 over the phone. I book the reservation online and got a confirmation email the next day saying my reservation is non refundable and no cancelation and my total was $220, more than $80 more than the quote. The email states that the driver will meet you by the luggage carousels. My reservation was for 8pm and no driver was there. I called customer service and was told the driver would contact me. Never called me. So I kept calling customer service and finally at 830 a driver calls me to tell me to meet him outside at the curb, in a sea of black sedans. Absolutely unacceptable that I and to track down the driver and wait 30 min past my reservation. If I was the one late they were going to charge me $69/hr. Do not use this company! read more

We were traveling to Michigan for a quick visit to my parents apparently there was a bad snow storm in DTW Metroplex area and we were stranded at the airport for hours because there were no cars or Uber driver available and we found this car service on google DTW Limo Services they were kind enough to provide us safe ride to out destination. So from then on we started using this company every time we travel for work or leisure these guys always meet up h igh quality service mark. read more

This company is less than 1 star! They confirmed a SUV both ways, a SUV going to the airport and a Cadillac CTS car pick up. They will over charge you and when I called about the 35.00 they overcharged the first time they said the computer was getting upgraded. When I called back they did not answer so I left a voice mail. It is sad they are stealing from customers because I travel a lot and I was going to use them again. NEVER, NEVER use this company. They think they are getting over, 10.00, 20.00 35.00 on customers but they will not succeed. Karma is something else- plus I had to call and confirm each time- The drivers were so nice and on time, I wonder if they know what kind of company they are working for? Plus there charges are sooo high. Use at your own risk. I am done. Karma may not come through the company but the God I serve will take care of this horrible company. read more

The driver was great, friendly and drove well. However, the fee that they charge is ridiculous! From Clinton Township to DTW round trip was $318.00, it was more than my flight to Chicago. When I originally booked the service, I asked for a price, which they didn't provide until after the ride. My fault for not securing the quote and assuming the entire round trip would cost approximately 150.00 (maybe 75 each way). However, they charged $118 each way, a $20.00 airport fee and an $8.50 gas fee plus a 20% gratuity. Absurd fee! read more

Worst car service ever! First they screwed up our reservation and had us down for the day after my outgoing flight. Luckily they had a car close by and a nice driver who got us there on time. However, on the return flight, the driver had my son get the luggage off the carousel, made us walk through the entire airport to the parking lot. He then crammed our luggage into his small car. We had a lot of luggage which I had told them when I booked the reservation and was assured they would send an SUV which I assume I paid for but did not receive. Then we sat in traffic to get out of the airport. What was I paying him for? Not to mention he swerved like a drunken sailor. I have difficulty walking which is main reason for the car service. I use car services all the time. Went to multiple cities this trip alone and used multiple services. All of them made our trip stress free and luxurious except for my own home town. Disappointed. Very reliable and professional service. We used this service to get from DTW to East Lansing late at night when there was no Michigan Flyer until 6AM the next morning. Service was a little pricey, but the safety and security were worth it. We will call on them again when we find ourselves in a similar situation. read more

Feb 4 and Feb11- We scheduled online ...easy to do. Car arrived on time for our trip to DTW. Car was clean. Driver professional. Day before our return we got a confirmation call. We had a long complicated delay coming home. I called to let them know. We heard from representative a couple of times to check our new arrival (which changed several times). Original arrival was 4:30 pm actual arrival midnight Driver was waiting, pleasant and efficient . We were very pleased with service and will use them again. Be wary of this company. First, they list prices in a prominent way on the web site, but then hide additional costs in the "I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions" check this little box page, which most people do not bother to read. In there, you will find a 20% tip charge, and additional fees, raising the price substantially. Second, they do not even send a receipt unless you write to them and ask for it. I think this is to better allow them to hide the outrageous cost. Third, my driver showed up in his regular car, not a fleet car, and indicated that he works for Uber, but also does some work for this company. The cost through Uber would have been much less. Thus, this company is misleading and is a rip-off. Beware! Metro Cabs of Detroit (the official airport taxi company) is substantially less expensive. read more
