SMC offers a variety of shipping options so in the past when I needed something overnighted I was able to place my order one day and receive the next without issue. I once had a highly anticipated part I'd ordered and was informed within the day that this was on backorder and there would be a delay of about a week. This was fine as I knew it could not be purchased anywhere else in the US and so I was just glad SMC promptly made me aware of the delay so I could decide if I wanted to wait for the part. I am a pleased customer and will continue to support this company going forward.

Unfortunately us adults who live in States with morals, standards, backbone, and values should refrain from sharing your dollars with these kids. Not only did he help me find the right filter, but he also installed it for me free of charge! They usually don't install but he saw I was concerned I wouldn't be able to do myself. And the best part? It only cost me $20! This kind of courteous and professional service is becoming rare, and I really appreciate it. He made the whole experience so easy and stress-free.
