We had heard great reviews about 4X4 and had them install our new (owner supplied) electric step sides on our Rivian. Henrik and his staff were as good as there is. They realized that our steps had the wrong software and on their own contacted the store that is 2 hours away in Santa Ana. They contacted me and then sent a courier employee to drive our car to that store and get the correct part installed. It took over 5 hours to get it done. Called this shop out of pure desperation. I have an F250 that began making a random hissing sound by the front tires. I didn't feel a difference in the ride so I really didn't think much of it. Shortly thereafter, a horrible metal grinding sound began. Which I knew were brakes. But how quickly my truck went from being fine to metal on metal, hissing and a rough ride.
