Oh my where do I start... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Unless you want your car to have issues afterwards. Went there for a SIMPLE battery check. A guy named Sam came out to check my battery and it was obvious he didn't know how to check the battery status and seemed to be having issues. He was about to call another guy to check then said he would try again and then he turned around and said it's a bad battery and needs to be changed. So I spent $220 for a new battery. Another guy came to install the battery then my car would start and turn off and rattle really bad prior to turning off..... I asked the guy to check my original battery which he did and he said it's GOOD! Which I could not believe ! I said then why did you guys waste my time and money? So now they put my older battery in and after they did that my car has been shaking really bad, the car turns on with problems now and I went back to talk to the manager "Sebastian Gonzalez" to at least fix the issue with the power windows that don't work now on top of that I'm having alternator issues now!!! This guy was the most disrespectful, unprofessional guy to ever made to be a manager. I came in to replace a burnt out headlight, and a gentleman named Carlos went above and beyond to help me. My car needs a couple pieces removed in order to reach the headlight lamps and, while he informed me that due to the design of my particular model the staff were unable to personally install my new lights, he offered to let me use a ratchet to remove the needed screws myself. Because of the odd size, Carlos ended up looking several times to help me find a matching socket, in between making sure other customers were helped. The store was not busy at the time, so he really went out of his way to find the right tool I needed to install the lights myself. He didn't have to do all that, and I'm impressed and thankful he did. After i successfully installed my lights and returned the ratchet to him, Carlos also helped me find an interior cleaner I was looking for. Incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional service. The sales associate that assisted me with procuring a passenger windshield wiper blade was helpful and knowledgable, and directed me to the appropriate aisle, as long as giving me the different prices and types of wipers available, from cheapest to most expensive. After I failed to replace the wiper blade myself and partially broke the blade, I came back and asked for help, and he came out, turned the part around that I had misplaced, and replaced the blade in s anp. My Dodge Challenger 2013 battery had never been changed and all of a sudden died on me yesterday and I've had to jump it every time I want to drive for a day and a half til I got to this store. My 2005 Ford Focus was on its last legs yesterday. I sensed the battery was the issue so I dropped by O'Reily's hoping to get a new battery. I walked up to the counter and Roman handled my issue. He walked out to my car and tested the car's battery. Once it was clear the battery needed replacing he removed the old battery, even though he said it was quite hot. Yesterday I went into this auto part store I wasn't sure if anyone would help me. I just had experience with Valvoline down the block due to them not doing there job right. I was having a really hard day. So when I walk into this store there were two guys at the counter and they were so nice and helpful. I explain what happening with my car and little did I know the Johnny was already walk to the door to help me with my car. I was in shock that someone nowadays are willing to help. I was so grateful and happy that help as best as he can. He could do it all but he at fix the most difficult part. And he gave me hope that there good people out there.
