She told me about the 15 minute arrival time and I explained but she said they have to tell everyone that. Cool, but there was nothing I could do about it at that time. She was snooty and gave me the side eye when I glanced at my phone. Granted, it is difficult to communicate these days with masks on, but I felt she was frustrated with me by making her repeat herself on a few questions. Had I not had a more pleasant experience after this, I would not return. BTW the only paperwork was a one pager that took 30 seconds to complete. The receptionist greets your quickly and professionally. We were seen almost immediately (2-3 minutes). The nurse is also pleasant and nice. She is efficient, knowledgeable and quick. My wife had blood drawn quickly and easily which is rare. There are usually some kind of issues but NOPE. Not with this nurse. She was attentive and funny. Dr. Meleski seems to be busy.
