Inside are two kiosks. If you already signed up online, you'll still need to go to the kiosk and check in. If it's full, you'll be asked to wait in your car. We went several times, and wait times got worse while we were there, sometimes lasting at least an hour. By using the online feature, we probably only waited ten minutes. Overall, the workers were nice and seemed to be understanding of the wait times and tried to be helpful.
