He hasn't stopped talking to the guy smoking weed to the right of him and the music is blasting while he himself is holding his vapes I say it again and this time he gets belligerent and tells me I know how to speak English while coming a bit to close for me. The place is loud, not very clean, and feels neglected. They do offer a veteran discount, but couldn't apply it because there was no manager on-site.
