I'm shocked to see some of the reviews for Ducati Miami. When I moved here 10 years ago, I bought a Ducati and have had multiple bikes from Ducati Miami over the years. I wouldn't dream of going somewhere else to buy a bike. Hector and Caesar are always helpful and the maintenance guys are amazing. My bike feels brand new every time I leave there. I love these guys and think they do an amazing job and I wanted people to know that there are true, long time, loyal customers to Ducati thanks to the guys that work here. Recently dropped off a new-to-me 1199 for it's 7.5k service. I had gotten it off of fb marketplace and wanted to make sure it was in great condition. Cesar was very responsive when I called and kept me up to date. I am not sure who the service mechanic was, but they did a fantastic job, even added some missing clips and bolts that were gone from my fairings. I've been riding and buying motorcycles for 25 years, and recently moved to Miami. I was referred to Ducati Miami by a friend, so I expected great service. I went to buy a pre-owned Ducati that was apparently owned by a guy that works there. Long story short, they tried to hustle me on the deal, charge me extra on parts, lied to me about the bike having a recent service done, etc. Only gave me one key (despite the fact that the dealer could get another), when I asked about the missing db killer for the muffler, they said they didn't have it and couldn't get one (even though this is a dealership), etc. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced at any dealer of any kind. It's an embarrassment to the Ducati brand. I know some folks at Ducati corporate, so I'll let them know how bad my experience was personally. read more

Stopped by today for some maintenance on a 1199 S, showroom is really cool with lots of accessories and a waiting lounge for customers. It was a pleasure working with Caesar, he really went above and beyond and got me everything I need. Was in and out under an hour. Went it to look at a BMW S1000RR the salesman didn't know shit about the bike. When asked he told me I can look it up. Cool I know I can but from one sales man to another your job is to find out for the customer. Terrible customer service. Picks up the phone and stays in a convo mid way through showing me the bike. Because of my young age probably didn't think I could afford the bike. Jokes on you bro went next door to BMW of Miami and ordered a New one. The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced, oh hang on it almost as bad at FERRARI. No one even acknowledged that we were in the store. They had at least 6 employees that all seemed to busy to deal with walk in business. If I ran my company like this I would be done in no time at all. Big Heads up!! Had my Ducati serviced here and it was stolen a week later in 2016. I thought it was coincidence. Insurance paid for the bike so I went ahead and bought another bike a few months later. Had it for a year and I moved to brickell key from pinecrest since then, so I did my anual service at the Ducati of Miami, and yes you guessed it, it got stolen again 8 days after from my building Jan. 2017. New bike, different location. --This is not a coincidence--. I'm done with this place and if I ever get another Ducati I will not be sending it here for service, these people will not know I have it. Stolen from 2 different locations, both with in 10 days of servicing it here!!?? What a shame to have people tarnish a name like Ducati, and these people cannot be trusted at all. The few times I visited here I wasn't impressed. The floor space is bare, hardly any bikes. The salesmen have attitudes, they actually seem annoyed I'm bothering them, or they don't even come to help me. Last time I was in there, I was there for over 30 minutes before I gave up and left. Honesty, I'll be shocked if I buy a Ducati, not because of the bikes, I think the bikes are great, but because I doubt they will sell me a bike. read more

I'm not the youngest guy, so i know how people are supposed to treat people.(Or at least i hope so) And as soon as i walked in i was greeted promptly with a smile. They asked me what i was interested it(not pushy) and led me to the Demo models that are available for road tests! I didn't buy anything that day and that didn't matter to them! I came back and purchased a 2012 Multi and couldn't have been happier with the experience! No unwanted charges, no hassles or excuses. Just good and quick service. They have windows that let me look at the technician as he carried out work on my bike, a waiting area with couches, free coffee, and a very clean merchandise area! I had a bad experience, Hector decided to do maintenance and replace the battery without MY AUTHORIZATION.... if it's my bike I am pretty sure it's even ILLEGAL to do any modification without the owner approval... I called and we started fighting over the phone and he hanged off the phone... At the end I went to the store and Cesar was able to help me and deal with the situation (that's why 2 stars). I think this dealer don't have an owner or manager who take care of the business. SCAM Artists Stay Away!!! On 8/20 I left my Ducati 1198 for 10000Mile service with Ducati of Miami. On 9/3/11 I received an email from Ducati "ATTACHED YOU WILL FIND THE R.O WITH THE BALANCE PENDING. THE BIKE COULD BE PICKED ANYTIME AFTER MONDAY 5th." On the attached R.O. the total of invoice $1, 483.54 There is a $35 fee for bike wash which was waived. On 9/9 Ducati Wrote : the hand wash was free of charge when the bike was ready. since the bike has been for a long time at the dealership in the garage it needed to be washed again, and this time was a detail wash. the bike is ready for pick up. Let me know if when are you planning to pick up the bike, attached you will find the credit card sheet authorization. please send it back with copy of cxredit card and id and the form filled out. On 9/9 I responded that I would like to leave the bike for sale on "consigment". I did not get a reponse until 1 month later from the service manager Cesar, 9/10/11 that the bill would have to be paid before the bike could be moved from service to showroom. So I paid the bill using my Visa Card. On March 9 I get an email from Ducati " Mr. good morning, please pass by the store. You need to pick up the bike because we can not sell the bike as is. There were some recommended work that needed to be done on the bike which you declined. We review that information and decided that we can not sell the bike as is because DucatiMiami will be liable for any issue that the bike presents in the future. The other thing is that bike is running low on battery i kept it charging all time but it is time that you please pick up the bike, since you don't want to spend more money on the bike." On March 14 I had my associate pick up the bike, but Ducati Miami would not release my bike without an addiational $217 invoice. $100 for a new battery and $117 for labor to change the battery. What scam artists! Do not do business with them unless you are ready to get hit with a huge bill. Customer service is non existant, and noone picks up the phone ever. read more

Ducati USA - Ducati Miami Gardens. So tired! On my birthday the 9th of April I drove up in a van from Miami to Daytona to buy myself a present. A Ducati Monster M900. I parked the bike at a friends house in Ft Lauderdale and the 13th of April I was suppose to drive it to Miami beach. After the way it fail and I had to stop after the highway. After some mess I rented a van, loaded the bike and dropped it off at Ducati Miami Gardens for repair. Wurst thing I could have done! I thought it was odd that I never got a receipt for leaving it there for repair but I was, "this seems like a fancy serious place".. The days passed, weeks passed. Some correspondents via text to the manager saying they hade order parts, after a while (1,5 week) the parts where wrong and I supposed they should order right ones. After this, we never heard from them again until we started to hunt them. I have been in Sweden all this time (2 weeks after I left the bike at Ducati Miami Gardens until now). We have called, emailed and nothing, nobody answering, we get disconnected, the phones doesnt work. when we finaly got hold of someone that person promised us somebody will call us but no! We haven't know anything about what was happening with the bike. Very frustrating for a company as Ducati USA. I thought they where better then that. But no. Today we got a call from them and they wanted us to pick up the bike ASAP! They didn't have time nor the right parts to fix it. (And the parts are easy to order, in stock, and mount - I will do it myself now) And that they said 2 MONTH after. Did it take 2 month to say or figure that out? Not acceptable!! They just don't want us chasing them like wolfs but we haven't done anything wrong. We left the bike for repair and nothing until now! So bad! Then we started to search on reviews on this company and this is bad! Avoid Ducati Miami Gardens for gods sake! We will pick up the bike soon as possible, just to not have anything to do with them any more and never again!!! So sad!! So irritating!!! read more

A verbal agreement between two dealers and Ducati Miami broke that agreement! I was told by Hector Falero that he would purchase our 2014 Ducati Multistrada that we took in on trade for a customer as per the agreement with Ducati Miami. We would not have taken this bike in on trade with our customer as we do not have the finances to pay it off but Hector told me he would give us $11,800.00 for the bike so we did it. Now he states he cannot buy it!!! This has put our finances in dire stress. I have called but he states there not willing to do anything and he states it's out of his hands! I have called and left messages and sent emails but no response. This is Bad Business!!! The GM or business administrator "David Seguias" will not even respond to my email which was sent to him along with leaving messages with the service manager Jorge. The email I sent is below! "We worked a deal for one our new KTM bikes and took in trade a 2014 Ducati Multistrada Gran Turismo based on the verbal agreement with Hector Falero that we had arranged. Prior to us taking this bike in on trade I spoke to Hector to see if you guys would take the bike off of our hands as this kind of bike is not a hot seller in this area and HE advised me that HE would do so and we agreed on a price of $11,800.00 as the bike was going to need the left hand guard replaced. Based on the agreement with Mr. Falero, we took the bike in on trade and finalized the deal. I called Mr. Falero to let him know that we would be bringing the bike down on Friday (which is now today) and HE advised that we are good to go and to call his wholesale guy "Miguel" and that we could drop the bike off with him in Hollywood, FL and Miguel would cut us a check for the bike. When I spoke to Miguel, he told me that he would not be buying the bike and that there was confusion between him and Mr. Falero... So come to find out now that Mr. Falero says there is nothing HE can do and that HE is not willing to take this bike now per our conversation yesterday!! Now, I was referred to your dealership due to you guys being a top dealer for Ducati and being a reputable company, this is not what I expected to end up with! I am not going to lose my mind just yet as this is probably the first time you are hearing about this so I will await your reply or preferably your phone call to resolve this matter. I will say, this needs to be resolved immediately as I have a Ducati in my showroom that shouldn't be! Please contact me right away, Thank you" This has left our company in financial stress and something needs to be done about it, you do not make deals with people and then back out! I will make sure that every customer I now and meet in the future NEVER goes to this terrible place! I am also putting in complaints with Ducati North America and any other outlet imaginable. I am a new rider. Should have listened and got more than 250 as the first bike lol. After 2 months was ready for an upgrade. Went first to good ol Harley Dav.. In Ft Lauderdale. Guys were ok there, however when time came to deal and wheel , they had an attitude like hey we are Harley , take it or leave it. Decided to check out Triumph and Ducati. Stoped first in Ducati. Nice show room . I felt from the first moment that I was not being worked over, and it gave me plenty of time to touch sit and remember all the good things I herd about each model. I was later asked if I have any questions and how they can be addressed. I felt no pressure at all, and was only being geared towards a model that addresses my needs as a new rider. Hector was extremely helpful, at the same time I fell no pressure, to make a decision right there and than. The motorcycles spoke for themselves. Getting a good deal was important for me . Hector worked with me and we were able to reach a great deal. I rode out on a Ducati Scrambler Enduro with more funds available in my budget for an upgrade of saddle bags. Great bikes, Friendly and helpful staff, and delicious Italian coffe while I waited for paper work. A few days later Harley sales rep called me back ready to make a deal. I told him I am glad he did not initially because as a result got a better performance bike for the same money. 5 stars all the way. read more

This place is terrible when it comes to service but there isn't many places to service my Hyperstrada that will do it under warranty. They are very money hungry and rude like the other review I read. Because my vehicle is still under warranty so far it took them a week to look at my bike and it's going on two weeks for them to tell me if the part that needs service is under warranty. I have a starter problem and they are taking forever to replace. They told me that they couldn't replace my part without an oil change which they will charge me for. This place is utterly terrible if I could speak Italian I would report them to Ducati headquarters. read more

Do not bring your bike here for service. I had been warned how rude and money hungry they are. I can testify because I've dealt with them twice already. I brought my Ducati 1199s In June and I spent $6700 and had a horrible experience and they had my bike for 2 months for a simple fix. The service manager Jorge is extremely rude and if you dont want to take my word then go ahead and you will find out for yourself. Against my better judgement I brought my bike in today only because it is convenience and close to my house but it will be my last time ever. I brought it in for a starter or battery issue and scheduled a time to bring my bike in for next week which was the soonest they could get it in. I explained the situation to the service manager and asked him in his professional opinion what he thought was wrong with it, he would not even tell me what he thought could be wrong. I called several places before and eveyone was able to give me their opinion but he won't give you one because he wants you to pay the hour service charge plus charge you for anything he can. So I took my bike off the truck to leave it and I had my battery already taken off the bike so I thought I would ask him if he could just quickly test the battery. This whole time he is grilling out steaks around back in parking area. He said he didn't have time to test it and I'm trying "to take food away from him and his guys" In other words he won't get to charge me alot of money. His rudeness was so bad I canceled my order and loaded my bike back up on the truck. PEOPLE I AM WARNING DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. TAKE It to Two wheels world on Pompano Beach or even HOUSE OF THUNDER USA or Adrenaline Motor Bike shop or La 8 motorcycle. They all work on Ducati and will not be as bad as this place. read more

Well- let me tell you that I made the mistake of buying from them a motorcycle. They really made me think that they "represented" what Ducati is all about. They are horrible! their customer service is sub-par non existant and their staff is not helpfull in any scenario. Its a matter of time that this shop goes under and all because of their customer service. The only person who was worth anything there left. Worst Ducati (or Euro) dealer I have ever dealt with. Bought a 1980 Pantah from them online and sent them over a credit card authorization for $1,000. They charged me for the full price of the bike without even telling me or sending me a receipt. I found out on my credit card statement. I let them slide on this. This gave them almost two weeks to prep the bike, and I was told this would be minor, like an oil change. When I agreed to purchase it, I was told it was in fully running order, and I was sent service records from two years ago. I informed the Sales Manager the exact date and time that I would arrive to pick up the bike, and he said that he was looking forward to meeting me and wanted to be there when I picked up the bike. I drove 4 hours to get to the dealer and stood in the showroom waiting for 15 minutes with no acknowledgement. I finally walked into the garage area and saw my bike (which I had already paid for in full) in pieces all over the place and filthy. The young kid that was apparently trying to fix the bike was yanking on the throttle cables and cranking the starter (grinding) so I could "hear it" while his helper was messing with the choke. On top of this the engine sounded like the valves were banging the pistons. He even asked *me* if I knew what could be wrong with it -- seriously? They did nothing to make the matter right, and it was obvious that I was very unhappy, disappointed and frustrated. What a fiasco! In the end, I demanded a refund and was given one. Totally unprofessional! Over 8 hours of driving on my part and a whole day lost with nothing to show for it. This is not THE Ducati experience, and I will be going to Ducati with this as well. As a lifetime owner of Ducati and a vintage Ducati mechanic myself, I can tell you these folks have no idea what they are doing. I wouldn't even take a free t-shirt from these people to wipe my hands with. I will be sharing this review with all those in my very large network of motorcycling enthusiasts. Save yourself the trouble, and stay away. And when they deny this, think about it, because I couldn't even make this stuff up. read more
