If you need your motorcycle or scooter repaired, you can trust Miami Motostop! They are reliable, trustworthy and communicate to you all along the way. Their prices are reasonable and upfront. Appreciate their kindness and honestly! They wear masks throughout this pandemic and the building is very safe and secure. They're not open on weekends but open Monday - Friday. The shop also has motorcycle apparel for sale as well as helmets. Check them out!

I saw a Bike for Sale that I was interested in. I spoke to the woman (Izummy) who worked there. She was very nice over the phone. I copied the vin and contacted Yamaha Motors America (1800 962 7926). The Bike was advertised as a 2023. Yamaha Motors told me the VIN was for a 2022 Model. The Bike was sold in North Carolina Mt. Airy Yamaha last year in April. There are no service records. I called Miami Moto Stop to discuss the issue. I spoke to Izummy this morning. I told her that I had gone to her shop yesterday and it was closed. She explained to me that she opened a little late. She added that she has not had the time to further research the bike's history except to say that she did confirm the Bike is 2022. She apologized for her error. I told her that I completely understood. I added that I spoke to Yamaha. The Bike has an extended warranty that will be transferable if and only if the Bike is brought to an authorized Yamaha dealer. I told Izummy that if she could do that I would return to the shop. She told me the shop was very busy and would see what she could do. *NOTE This is Miami, Florida. The fact that she called me back, apologized, and explained the situation was impressive and honorable. After going back and forth. We were unable to make a deal because Yamaha will not transfer the extended warranty unless a certified Yamaha dealer inspects the Bike. Izummy texted me to let me know that they do not have the time to do this. I would have to buy the Bike and do it myself. That is not a risk I am willing to take. I wish them luck.

What separates this shop from the others is the attention to detail and the ability to understand the customers vision and deliver 100% of the time. By far one of the best experiences doing business of any sort. Fabrizio, the owner of the shop, combines excellent customer service with top notch expertise. Considering I am a novice motorcycle rider, I had many questions and Fabrizio took the time to answer them all and explain the "how" and "why" behind every detail relating to my motorcycle modification. Every step of the way, Fabrizio was in contact with me sending pictures, providing options and solutions when problems arose, consulting with me before making decisions he felt might stray from the vision of the end product. In short, he just always went the extra mile. I recommend this shop to both expert bikers and novice ones, Fabrizio and his Team are the real deal! 72' Honda CB550 Four Cafe Racer Modification: Lowered Suspension Shortened Front Forks Tank Repair Tank Paint Job Passenger Rear Pegs Welded Cafe Racer Loop Seat Custom Seat Modified Kickstand Installed: Triple Tree New Clip On Bars New Chain New Tires Front/Back New Handle Bar Directional Signals New Battery New Mirrors And loads of other things and items, too many to detail.

There are places you walk into knowing immediately whether they care…read more And then there are places like Cycle Gear, where you realize--about thirty seconds in--that you're in good hands, even if you personally don't know a clutch from a clothes hanger. Full disclosure: I don't ride. I tried. I flunked out of motorcycle school like a cautionary tale told around a campfire. But my girlfriend Julia does ride--and this is her shop. From the outside, Cycle Gear looks exactly how it should: clean, professional, confident. No intimidation. No macho nonsense. Just a place that says, "Yeah, we know what we're doing--come on in." Inside? It's organized, dialed-in, and stocked like a proper armory for two wheels. Helmets, jackets, gloves, tech--everything where it should be, nothing sloppy, nothing chaotic. But here's where it matters. Julia comes here for real help. Not sales pitches. Not eye-rolling. Not "you'll figure it out." She's had her Bluetooth helmet setup handled here, patiently, clearly, and professionally--by people who actually take the time to explain things and make sure it works. I stand there nodding like I understand anything, and they still treat both of us with respect. And that's rare now. We live in an era where "customer service" usually means someone pointing vaguely at a QR code and disappearing. At Cycle Gear, they show up. They help. They care. They follow through. No attitude. No rush. Just competence and decency--the stuff that used to be normal and now feels like a small miracle. So while I may never ride, I know this much: If you're trusting someone with your safety, your gear, and your ride--this is exactly the kind of place you want in your corner. For taking care of Julia. For knowing their craft. For proving great service still exists.

Nice Store, lots of Helmets for sale. Horrible Customer care & Horrible company culture. The Store…read morewas empty, with exception of myself and 1 Married couple that was paying for a helmet. The employee, a guy named Bryant was attending to them, all while 3 other employees stood by and watched. After I brought in 4 rims / tires for repair, no one even held a door open or assisted in any way. Next, I stood at the counter for 23 minutes, while Bryant exchanged bike pics, & motorcycle stories with this couple that was already finished paying. This went on while they all starred at me just waiting by the counter. 4 Employees, me, and a couple that was already finished checking out. Inefficiency & Ineptitude was shining bright. That's thecompany culture under this guy. Its no fault of the other 3 employees, theyre just following suit. I left 1 pair of tires for repair, and carried the other pair back to my car. I took the other pair to AMR Superbikes, where i paid $35 for mount, balance, valve stem & disposal. My Opinion of Cycle Gear.... i paid $75 for 1 tire mount, balance, valve stem, disposal & crap treatment. Never Again for me! I am a biz owner & there are ways to multi task, be efficient, and delegate authority amongst employees. This group at CG was oblivious to these basic business standards. On a positive note, I noww found a new bike shop that i absolutely am thrilled to revisit in the future in AMR Bikes. I returned 4 hours later with a vow never to revisit. In summary, Cycl Gear looks lije a nice Store, but my money will flow were it's treated best. Again, the store was absolutely empty while this went on with no other patrons. So I gazed at a wall of Helmets, I did some social media replies, waited patiently while theyswapped bike stories. Apparently, at this facility I was on the, "pay no mind" list. That's Bad Cust Svc. Thanx, BUT No Thanx!!!
