I honestly believe that all of these positive reviews have to be from friends of Bryan who he asked to write. Bryan came and worked on our scooter FOUR TIMES so this review is not a one time encounter where something could have gone wrong. Yes, he's a really nice guy who shows up on time, but he's a nice guy who shows up on time and breaks your scooter. Every time Bryan worked on our scooter, our scooter was broken worse than it was before he came. The first time we called Bryan- our fuel line had broken on our Vespa. It was late at night, thus the Vespa store was closed. Bryan came and replaced the fuel line for $80 and predictably found another air hose that needed replacing for another $35. Three days later- the fuel line was broken again. We had to push the scooter all the way home after paying Bryan $100+ to "fix" it. He came the next day and said he had put in too short of a fuel line and fixed it. Or so we thought. He convinced me that we needed a tune up as well so (worst decision I could have made) I agreed to schedule an appointment for a tune up. Bryan once again said it would be $85 and then while I was at the ATM getting cash, he predictably texted me to "get 20 more". No explanation. Just that I needed to get $20 more for once again a mysterious part that he found. When I returned, he told me the Vespa needed a new air filter and that he could easily poke a hole in it. And then he did poke his finger through it leaving me with no choice but to pay him to replace it. Since Bryan performed our tune up, our scooter has not run over 20 mph. It will not start without starting and turning off no less than 3 times. It runs sluggish and stops working at stop lights which is not only annoying but incredibly dangerous. We finally took our scooter to the Vespa mechanics where we are now paying another $200 for them to fix everything that Bryan did wrong. The fuel line he put in had a leak in it. The air hose he put in was the wrong size. The spark plugs he put in weren't working. The air filter wasn't correct. The only things wrong with our scooter are things Bryan worked on!!! When we first bought our Vespa- someone warned us not to let any mechanic who works on Chinese scooters to look at it. They specifically said to only take it to Vespa.... I wish I had listened. read more

He spoke English and showed up to my condo on time, so I liked his professional service even before he fixed my scooter. Those are rarities for those of you not familiar with Miami. He was able to fix my scooter outside because my parking lot was being repaved, and he was very informative and communicated everything that he was doing with me. I highly recommend his service to anyone as he got my scooter that had sat for 5 months, dead, fired up and running in just over an hour. Bryan came out to my place yesterday to fix our Vespa 50S which hadn't been ridden in forever. Bryan was on time and worked for hours until he finally fixed each and every thing (there were a lot) and the Vespa was working again. I have used the Vespa shop on Alton previously and they were a joke compared to Bryan. I couldn't get a call back from them, it cost twice as much and then they couldn't explain what they did to fix the scooter. Bryan is a great find. He's knowledgeable, professional and reasonable. I had a scooter that was given to me that basically sat for a couple of years without use. Unfortunately, the scooter would not start because of this. I contacted Bryan and we made an appointment. I called Bryan and set up appointment for my Piaggio Fly 150, just normal maintenance. I live in Pinecrest which is pretty far from the Beach. He said no problem, just a small surcharge for the distance. Very fair. He came out and did all the work and adjustments. Price was very reasonable. i had brian come by and work on my scooter- he seemed experinced and a stand -up guy. i paid him $90 to get my yamaha zuma fixed - cleaned carb, replaced fuel filter etc, he informed me that if my scooter fails to start electronically, that i might need to replace the electronic choke . so 2 days later the scooter would only start by kick-start, i use my scooter for work on south beach - i was busy and diddnt mind kick starting. i went on vacation ( UK/ 3 weeks / charged my battery on charger while gone ) got back and scooter wouldnt start. this is where it went bad: i called brian to explain i was busy before my trip and that could he come over to check my scooter, he said he had hurt his back at work and would call when he felt better- 2 weeks went by.... he did tell me to buy a choke on ebay 3rd week goes by and no use of my scooter. i was trying to give him the benifit of the doubt. i spotted him in work clothes hopping out of his car , i pulled by and asked did he receive my calls/ texts. he said sorry- and that he now has a assistant also working for him, so he is back workin . i confimed with him that i should order this part . i was about to purchase this item on ebay but it had i slighly different title - so i tried to text/ call to confirm i was buyin the right part- no response. another week goes by .... me and my wife are getting bored and frustrated with his disregard for his clients, so my wife says why not use her phone # make an appt across the street with a different model scooter- wow what a difference a days makes ! he answered my texts in a timely fashion , was punctual , he was upset that i made last resort appointment using my wifes phone and bogus address. and then had the nerve to say i was wasting his time. he aplogized and said he would come to check my scooter in the morning - blew me off .... class act ! , and now that i have told him i will give him a bad review - he says gook luck and push ur scooter to another repair shop ! do u think my 2 star rating is over rated lol?
