The pair that arrived was clearly mislabeled -- I measured the shoe and took comparison photos against the other sizes. Even the UK size marked on the cleat indicated a size 13, which corresponds to a youth size 1. Despite providing all this information, the store refused to issue a full refund. They did not reimburse me for the shipping charges both ways, even though the error was on their end. When I spoke with a manager, I was told to "let it go." As a business owner myself, I found this extremely unprofessional. I would never speak to a customer that way, nor would I fail to take responsibility for an incorrect product. I will not be shopping here again and would advise others to proceed with caution.
