11/12/22 stopped by Duck Donuts because we were in the area and wanted something sweet. No one was in the location but the employees and the tables were dirty. I was actually pretty shocked at how expensive a dozen donuts is- 19.95. We ordered some for us and our daughter chose what she wanted and some for our son in law. The food quality is terrific! After dinner my family and I just had to stop by Duck Donuts in the Providence Town Center. These donuts are so soft and best when warmed. They are freshly made to order and so so yummy. We ordered the 1/2 dozen box. The service was nice as they all appear to be high school age. They assumed we wanted one particular type of coconut donut but my mom meant another. Stopped in Duck Donuts at the recommendation of my nephew and was glad I did. Parking can be challenging on a busy day but we lucked up with a spot right out front. The store is a small with a a few seats but well maintained and clean. The menu is posted as well as on the counters for easy viewing. You can also watch your donuts be made which is cool. The donuts can be customized to your liking. My nephew was adventurous and customized his but, I opted for the blueberry powered sugar donut off of the menu. It was made fresh to order and very tasty. If your looking for warm donuts and endless flavor possibilities then you defiantly want to give this place a try. Out of the two Duck Donuts locations I've been to, I definitely like this one better. In comparison to the King of Prussia location, I find this one to have a nicer and larger space, and I thought the entire ordering process was better organized. Just like the other location, the donuts I got were amazing. The space is very open and clean. Menus can be found right when you walk in at the pick up counter (there is big, bold signage that will indicate where that is). Walk a little farther back to the cashier desk to place your order. They have a fair amount of tables and stools although all seats were occupied at the time that I went (7pm on a Saturday). A single donut starts at $1.45 a piece. I placed an order for three donuts including cinnamon sugar with vanilla drizzle, lemon icing with raspberry drizzle, and vanilla icing with toffee crunch and salted caramel drizzle. Although they were all great, the last mentioned definitely impressed me the most. This hot and fresh donut was fluffy and very sweet, exactly how I like my donuts. What really stood out to me was the crunch. It was loaded with toffee and I got a nice crunch with every bite. It was like no other donut I've had before and I would definitely get it again. Really excited to have discovered this location! Hopefully I'll be in Collegeville more often so I can go here again. This DD location just opened recently. The store is very clean, aesthetically pleasing and is open so you can see the whole process your donuts go through. Everything is made to order coming out piping hot and fresh. The donuts are roughly the size of Krispy Kreme so a bit on the smaller side but are in fact quite substantial with all the toppings. You can expect to pay a little more than you would at Dunkin tho the higher price is warranted given the quality difference. My donuts and coffee were delicious. Although today is their official opening day, they were open for limited hours yesterday.
