11/12/22 stopped by Duck Donuts because we were in the area and wanted something sweet. No one was in the location but the employees and the tables were dirty. I was actually pretty shocked at how expensive a dozen donuts is- 19.95. We ordered some for us and our daughter chose what she wanted and some for our son in law. The food quality is terrific! It was about 5 minutes from order to door, not bad considering these are made fresh and hand dipped individually. The donuts tasted like a vanilla cross donut. If I could give zero stars, I would. I had one of the worst customer service experiences thanks to an employee named Michael. From the moment I walked in, he had an f***ing attitude like I was bothering him just by existing. He was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Out of the two Duck Donuts locations I've been to, I definitely like this one better. In comparison to the King of Prussia location, I find this one to have a nicer and larger space, and I thought the entire ordering process was better organized. Just like the other location, the donuts I got were amazing. The space is very open and clean. Menus can be found right when you walk in at the pick up counter (there is big, bold signage that will indicate where that is). Walk a little farther back to the cashier desk to place your order. They have a fair amount of tables and stools although all seats were occupied at the time that I went (7pm on a Saturday). A single donut starts at $1.45 a piece. I placed an order for three donuts including cinnamon sugar with vanilla drizzle, lemon icing with raspberry drizzle, and vanilla icing with toffee crunch and salted caramel drizzle. Although they were all great, the last mentioned definitely impressed me the most. This hot and fresh donut was fluffy and very sweet, exactly how I like my donuts. What really stood out to me was the crunch. It was loaded with toffee and I got a nice crunch with every bite. It was like no other donut I've had before and I would definitely get it again. Really excited to have discovered this location! Hopefully I'll be in Collegeville more often so I can go here again. Stopped in here on Christmas Eve to pick up some donuts for Christmas morning. You can pretty much create your own donut flavor or they have ones that you can pick from and they make on the spot. All donuts are cake donuts (vanilla and chocolate) and then you pick your toppings and drizzles. Service was quick and friendly. We come here on the weekends quite often for breakfast and we always have a nice experience. We haven't experienced crazy lines, the donuts are delicious, and the kids working there totally sweet.
