I needed a bagel and coffee order for 6:00 AM. I went the day before to put my order in and pay for the order. I got to Dunkin' at 6:05 AM to find the staff/owner confused about my order. He quickly put the coffee in the cardboard carry-out container. The other guy had the bagels ready but they were not sliced as I had ordered so they had to open everything up and slice. This was after I asked several times if they were sliced. The first two times, I was told "yes". I didn't have confidence because this had happened at the Harleysville, PA Dunkin' in the past. By the third time, he realized "ah, I know what she is asking", so then he sliced them. I also ordered a mix of plain, sesame, raisen, and (2) everything. I got mostly plain :( of the dozen and a half bagel order. read more

This particular Dunkin Donuts deserves a award for keeping service fast and friendly during Coronavirus! The menu has a good selection and they rarely run out of food items like other places have in the past 2 years. Unfortunately It's been crazy the last 2 years with the Pandemic, but you can always count on Dunkin for warm comfort food! I could go for a jelly donut right now - lol. read more

This is a new free-standing Dunkin Donuts location and definitely one of the nicest ones in the area. This building used to be a bank, which is pretty evident with the 3 drive-thru lanes, but obviously they are only using one of the lanes for the drive-thru service. It's very nice inside with a decent size seating area and some of the seats are nice comfy chairs. There's a small area inside setup for selling k-cups and other DD branded items. This location also offers free WiFi. I usually just get coffee (I love the pumpkin mocha and pumpkin caramel this time of the year) as I'm trying to ensure the waistline doesn't grow too much, but I went inside this morning for both a coffee and a donut. The guy who helped me with the coffee wasn't that friendly, but the manager helped me with the donut and at least she smiled. In general, I don't typically find the workers at any Dunkin Donuts to be overly friendly. Don't get me wrong--they are by no means rude, but I usually don't leave feeling like they value me as a customer. Maybe it's different for those who visit day in and day out, but I usually only stop in once a week or so. I'm amazed by how many DD we now have in this area, with like 3 less than a mile from each other, but this one will most likely be my goto DD going forward as it's on my way to work, fairly easy to get in and out of, and the drive-thru is easy to get thru unlike one of their other locations closer to my home. The one potential downside is it's not immediately obvious how to get to the front parking lot. Once you turn into the shopping center, you can either go down to the Weichert real estate building and hang a left there and work your way to the front of the store or after turning in, hang a left and go through the drive-thru lanes. This morning, I simply used the outer drive-thru lane to bypass the drive-thru and make my way to the front of the store. It would have been nicer if there was direct access to the parking lot off of 29. In short, really nice location and I'll definitely be back. read more

Excellent and friendly service! I tried the coconut cream pie coffee w cream, I'm usually just black hot coffee so this was quite a treat! I ordered the sesame toasted bagel with cheese, egg & bacon. I used to go to this Dunkin' Donuts every morning but stopped because every time I go there the guy on the speaker is ignorant as all hell. He is absolutely clueless! When I ask for a coffee with caramel, cream, and sugar I don't need you to tell me the sugar in the caramel is enough. Dude, I'm aware there is sugar in caramel just fill my order. Wow! I love DD coffee so I frequent many locations. This location SUCKS! The girl that took our order (even though I greeted her with a smile and a hello) made us feel like we were inconveniencing her the entire time. I guess because we were inconveniencing her so much it made it difficult for her to get our order straight, which we had to explain multiple times! $35 plus tip and 15 minutes later we dashed out with our food and drinks. Because we are headed out of town, and in a hurry to beat traffic, we didn't look at the order until we were a couple miles away. Not a surprise the order was screwed up. I didn't have time to turn around and go back so I called to speak to the manager. I was told they really didn't have a manager (but a shift manager) and he was too busy to take my call. Wow! Most expensive Dunkin' Donuts in the area. Prices are at least 40 cents more along fellow DD's. Mobile orders are never prepared in advance of your return. Drinks made incorrectly. Let me start by saying that I like Dunkin Donuts coffee and I even buy their ground coffee to brew at home but lately I have been noticing that their coffee with cream tastes like hot water and cream mixed together, no flavor of coffee at all. They are either skimping of the amount of coffee powder that they put in their machine or put just too much cream or maybe both. I picked up coffee twice from their drive thru and both times it was awful so it will be the last time I am going to get a coffee from this location. Also, please be very careful while you are in their drive-thru, the space is very tight and they have these orange poles on both sides and for a mid-sized SUV or larger, there is a very high chance of getting dinged. read more

I have a love/hate relationship with this particular dunkin'. They used to be my absolute favorite, i would drive 15 minutes out of my way just to go to this particular location. BUT lately they screw up my order every time i go. I ask for decaf but rarely get it and they don't add the caramel to my coffee 50% of the time. Today i went and ordered a small but was charged for a large.....im not sure where the confusion comes in because i am always very clear at the drive through but it's rare my order is correct on the first try. but when they do get it right they make the absolute best coffee of all the dunkins i've ever been too. everything is blended in and mixed perfectly the way i like it, its perfection. so i still go to this location but it would be great if they could work on their order taking skills. i would understand if they got mixed up at a time when there's a lot of customers and things are busy, but when i go i'm usually the only customer there. definitely could use improvement read more
