Excellent friendly and welcoming service . Huge selection and portions. We enjoyed egg scramble tomato, avacado with side of potatoes, the most delicious "churro" waffle with butter pecan ice cream. I am extremely disappointed with the experience my family and I had during our recent visit. We were celebrating my son's 16th birthday, and unfortunately what should have been a special occasion turned into one of the worst dining experiences we have ever had. When we arrived, my cousin had already added my name to the waitlist for our party of 15. We completely understood that accommodating a large group would require a wait. However, when I approached the hostess to confirm our place on the list, I was met with an unprofessional and dismissive response: "It's only been 6 minutes out of the hour." The tone and attitude were unnecessary and immediately made us feel unwelcome. While waiting, I politely asked whether it would be possible to move some patio tables together for our group. I was simply told it was not possible, with no effort made to offer alternatives or assistance. As we waited outside, a server was attending our area. When I asked how much longer the wait might be, her response was, "You can go ask the hostess." Again, the interaction felt rude and dismissive rather than helpful. Unfortunately, things did not improve once we were seated. There was an unnecessary disagreement regarding the menu. I ordered an entrée that clearly states on the menu that it comes with two sides. Rather than simply verifying the information, our server repeatedly insisted otherwise and argued with us about it. As customers, we should not have to debate what is clearly printed on the menu. A quick check with another staff member or manager could have resolved the issue professionally, but instead the interaction felt confrontational and dismissive. We also requested a children's menu and were informed that none were available. It was surprising that a family-oriented restaurant would not have children's menus readily available. Service throughout the meal was very slow. Drink refills took an excessive amount of time, several orders were incorrect, and at one point I was handed a dirty plate that appeared to have already been used and was being provided as an extra plate for sharing food. This was completely unacceptable from a cleanliness and food service standpoint. Eventually, the manager came to assist us and was much more attentive and professional. He explained that our server was new. While I understand that every employee has to learn, I question the decision to assign a newly hired server to a large party without adequate support or supervision. Being new is understandable; being rude, argumentative, and inattentive is not. I do want to acknowledge that the food itself was very good. The quality of the food met our expectations and was one of the few positive aspects of our visit. Unfortunately, great food alone could not make up for the poor customer service and overall experience. I rarely leave negative reviews because I understand that mistakes happen. However, the combination of poor customer service, rude interactions, argumentative behavior, slow service, incorrect orders, and cleanliness concerns made this an experience worth addressing. What should have been a memorable celebration for my son's 16th birthday became a frustrating and disappointing evening for our entire family. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues, particularly regarding customer service, staff training, and ensuring that new employees are adequately supported before being assigned large parties. No guest should leave feeling as disappointed as our family did after what was supposed to be a special celebration. read more

On our way back from DTEP, we stopped at Crave for a bite. We were seated pretty quickly. They do have Kids' menus. Though it was later in the day, Crave gives off brunch vibes and has all day breakfast if that's what you're in the mood for. This location, on Sunday did not have alcohol to make mixed drinks. They did have beer and wine and so I tried a wheat beer from an EP brewery, Aurellias Bottle Shop and Brew house on Resler. It was fine, maybe it was not cold enough. There was a subtle hint of pineapple orange in my Cactus Squeeze. On this visit, I ordered a Chile Bomber Burger, which is a bacon cheeseburger with roasted hatch chiles, jalapeno, grilled onions, , garlic aioli and habanero cream cheese. I had them with waffle sweet potatoes. Note: the sweet potatoes came with amazing cinnamon marshmallow sauce that just made everything taste awesome. It was really rich, you only needed a little dip to wake up your taste buds. The sashimi style Tuna ceviche looks really lite. That's why it's on the shareable, but the sauce makes it. The Roasted Crispy Brussels were good. The right amount of roast blended with the right amount of almond slivers and bacon and balsamic. Josh was an awesome server he treated my family very caringly. He answered our questions. He offered to change food if we didn't like it, and made smart suggestions that helped with our kids' palates. They have parking spaces out front. We arrived after my night shift around 8 o'clock in the morning, and there was only one other person in the restaurant. We thought it was closed. But I think it was just very early because as we left, people started arriving. We were going to go to the gym, but I decided I wanted a little bit better food. Was very attentive, service was very good, the food was very good and hot. Very tasty. It's a very small place, I'm not sure if they have seating in the back but it's our first time there. you have to pay the meter to park. read more

Everything that my group ordered was delicious and service was good. We came on a weekday evening and there was 1 parking space left which needed to be paid for. We were quickly seated. Some of us ordered burgers, salmon, sashimi tuna ceviche which everyone on my table loved. Sweet potato fries comes with a cinnamon marshmallow sauce that was delicious. It was very busy yesterday afternoon when my partner and I came in. We got sat outside, I would not recommend sitting outside because there was constant mist on us. Order the chicken lettuce wraps and for them to vegan they were delicious. I ordered the chicken pesto sandwich and the chicken was a tad bit dry. The macaroni and cheese were very good! Very friendly and personable. She made outstanding recommendations for our breakfast. She very attentive to ensure that we had everything we needed during our visit. came in and sat down at a dirty table for almost 10 minutes with no service. very frustrating when the servers walk past you looking you in the eye sometimes and they won't even greet you. They all gathered in the kitchen area and sang happy birthday to someone in the kitchen and all stood there talking and laughing for almost 3 minutes. Crave was amazing! Sat outside on their patio and had a great brunch! Monte Cristo was was delicious especially with the powdered sugar. The potatoes were perfectly crispy and the ketchup had a nice kick. Jam on the side was also tasty. This was our first time at Crave but we kept having passerby's ask what our churro waffles were. Thought that was funny but also heavily recommended it as it was very satisfying. You really can't miss with any of the items on the Crave menu! read more

They have a charity and burger of the month...$2 from the burger goes to charity. This month the burger has cranberry chutney, mashed potatoes and turkey sausage gravy. Yes, please. The charity was TTUHSC El Paso American Dental Association Hunt School of Dental Medicine. There are signature drinks. So fun. There was sufficient seating. My boyfriend and I were in town for a week and ate here almost every day. The food was good but the service was even better. We had bottomless coffee, which was actually good coffee, and refreshing mint or watermelon waters every time we went. Everyone was nice and if you're lucky you'll get Thomas as your server. My original review was 3 stars because of a terrible breakfast experience. I have since visited 4 times and realized that this was an outlier and this has now become one of my favorite places to eat in El Paso. Food: The food here is excellent!!! First off, the Sweet Potato Fries here are THE BEST! Best I've ever had all over the country paired with an addictive marshmallow sauce. Other than that, the lunch is always fantastic. I've eaten the Chicken and Waffles, Chili Mac (absolutely excellent), Monte Cristo, Impossible Burger, Apple Kale Slaw (lemony excellence) and all have been superb. I have noticed that breakfast items tend to slide closer to mediocre but the lunch is always jaw droppingly good. Atmosphere: Hip, modern, small. The inside has great music, a bar with coffee and beer (currently closed because Covid). Masks are required for entry but able to take off after seating. One of the best vibes to have brunch or lunch at with friends. Price: $$ Easy $20 to spend each time but well worth it. Wait time: Can be excessive due to limited tables and popularity. I would advise coming before lunch rush or a little after. 30-45 minute wait easy during peak hours. Overall: an excellent place to eat with a group of friends with fantastic food and atmosphere. I'm glad they resolved the salty issue I had from my first visit and that I was willing to give a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th chance. Would love to connect with the owner personally. A little crowded and difficult to maneuver when filled with customers but what a great place. We had the chile bomber burger and the ancient grains salad along with their phenomenal French fries! The restaurant is in a lively part of town and had a very nice outdoor patio. They were very busy when we went but the service was good and the waiters were very friendly and attentive. The food was quite good. The gnocchi was very flavorful and came with a lot of chicken and the black shrimp tacos were extremely good. The ahi tuna tostadas were mediocre. They had too much cabbage on them and that overwhelmed the tuna flavor - however that might have been the intent as I had major abdominal pain and diarrhea about 30-45 minutes after finishing my meal. Nobody else in my party had any issues. Overall my party enjoyed the meal and our experience at Crave, but I do not recommend getting the ahi tuna tostadas! read more

Photos look good but the food is just meh. Was expecting something more with the chilaquiles, but it wasn't much other than fried tortilla strips with salsa and some eggs. Like a breakfast nacho skillet. Was hoping for a protein or a heavier carb or something to provide a bit more bite to the dish. The churro waffle definitely is more dessert than a breakfast and looks good but there should be something salty or something that offsets how sweet it is. They were busy but not so much so that the order should have come out correctly or at least asked how everything was tasting. Asked for a side of hash browns and no onions; but the chilaquiles came with onions and no side. Can't bat a 1.000 everyday, hopefully I'll be back to try something else. read more

This place is one of my favorite brunchEs spots in El Paso, actually is one of my favorite spots to eat period. On tuesdays they have 5 DLLS burgers so you can show up one of those days but I assure you there will be a huge line outside. I like This specific location in Cincinnati street because you can have dinner right before going for a night out at the cInic bars. I would recommend to go on brunch day because the mimosas are absolutely good, they have great chilaquiles breakfast. This month I've been gone meatless so I tried the ancient grains which was an item that everytime that I would go tHere I would ignore it, well surprisingly was really good, you can add animal protein like chicken or fish etc but I went by just like that and it was filling the sweet potato make it up for it. read more
