The signage is fairly nondescript and I drove past the place looking for it. Had to pull into a neighboring business lot and turn around and go back. It's small on the inside and weirdly dim despite decent-sized windows. Definitely need a computer or a Kindle with backlighting if you were going to read or work here comfortably. It's a somewhat small space that just feels a little awkward, like another reviewer mentioned. It was clean though. Service wasn't effusively friendly and didn't greet me or ask if I had any questions as I perused the menu, but their tone was polite and warm enough when I actually placed my order. I got a smaller sized iced latte with chocolate/mint syrup as I love a good peppermint-type mocha and many places only have them around the winter holidays. I also nabbed a banana chocolate chip muffin because that's one of my favorite muffin flavors. My drink was made very quickly. No one offered to heat up the muffin but I wouldn't have said no if they had, lol. Oh well, not a big deal. The muffin was really good and likely would've been even better with some melty chips. Definite strong, fresh, real banana taste (even some gooey banana-y bites) and lots of big chocolate chips inside tender, soft cake. The drink was...less good. It was giving much less chocolate and mint and much more watery Colgate. Mint is always a risky flavor add-in and unfortunately this fell on the wayyyy too heavy side, such that it was all I could taste, overwhelming not just the chocolate and milk but also the coffee. I didn't drink much of it. If I were to return, I'd definitely re-up on the muffin but try a different flavored syrup, lol.

The cafe itself is small but cute inside with some seating to dine in. They also have a drive thru option. Definitely worth stopping by if you're in town & need a coffee fix.

The salmon was cooked perfectly, and the rosemary scones were wonderful. My mom had the Portobello mushroom and really enjoyed it. The winter vegetables and mashed potatoes were so good we cleaned our plates. The salad was the perfect size, and the Christmas pudding with tea was a lovely ending. The performers were a real family--parents and their children--and their chemistry made the show especially charming. We attended the final night, complete with playful moments and laughter. A little long, but well-paced with the meal between acts. This could easily become a new Christmas tradition.

I'd postponed it on my last visit to Tullahoma so I'd have something to look forward to on my NEXT inevitable visit, so safe to say anticipation had really built! I arrived around 2:45 and came into a moderately busy coffee house. The acoustics are such it's a little hard to hear if groups are visiting inside, so maybe not the best place to work or read quietly. That's fine, I was going to get my stuff to go anyway. The interior is very cute and thoughtfully decorated and even has a selection of Celtic themed gifts. Service was...surly. The barista spoke very softly and slowly in a very apathetic tone and did not seem interested in answering questions or sharing about the products. I got an iced bonfire mocha (I was very quickly and somewhat harshly corrected about the sizes available to order it in). The pastries looked absolutely amazing so I got a coconut cream scone and a hazelnut pastry to go. They did offer to warm the scone for me, which I accepted. My items took an average amount of time to come out to me. I headed out immediately since I wanted to get home and didn't feel that welcome anyway. So.... That bonfire mocha, yall. It's a spicy mocha, with a dusting of cayenne on top. Allegedly. I've had mochas like this before. They're often made spicy with cinnamon and/or cayenne. I've enjoyed the ones I've tried very much (the version of it at Gold Sprint in Huntsville is delicious!) so I was excited for this one. It had me completely convinced I'd somehow made the barista furious without knowing how. I am fairly heat-tolerant and like spicy stuff and it had me absolutely on FIRE. I thought maybe I'd accidentally gotten a sip of cayenne straight from the top, so I tried mixing it up and drinking from another spot with my straw. Nope. I tried multiple times, coughing up a storm the whole time. But the whole thing was crazy spicy. Inedibly (un-drinkably?) spicy. The cayenne went straight to the back of my throat and sat there scalding me for a long time. I was so sad. The only reason this isn't a 1 star is the coconut cream scone. It was supposed to be heated up...I can't say it was much more than a little above room temperature. But I munched on it in my car and thought it was pretty good. A little dry, as many scones tend to be, but the coconut glaze and cream was flavorful and silky. I enjoyed it. I planned on sharing the hazelnut pastry with my husband later. However, I examined it when I got home (mind you, I hadn't opened it since after leaving the restaurant) only to find...a short, slightly curly black hair attached (baked in?) to it. Facepalm. Straight to the trash it went, regrettably. No idea if it was good or not. It looked good, except for the hair. An incredibly disappointing visit. I'm really sad to write this review. Hopefully I just came on a really off day.

I ordered the following: Turkey, Provolone & Pesto On Ciabatta Thick-sliced turkey breast, melted provolone cheese, dry-roasted red peppers and basil pesto on a ciabatta roll. -HIGH-PROTEIN- When I first opened it, I could smell sausage. I thought I had gotten the wrong order! Wish I had. The thick sliced turkey breast was an extremely thin slice in a wad in the center of a huge ciabatta roll. I didn't see cheese, because the turkey looked like it had been ground. I'm assuming the cheese was in that glob! There were also green color (tiny bit of pesto) and a tiny bit of red (dry roasted pepper). It was like a sandwich you get from a vending machine, then have to microwave before eating. I couldn't eat it, and I'm not a picky eater. I refused to save it for my dogs. I was afraid it was bad. I had the outer edges of the ciabatta simply because I was hungry! Worst excuse for a sandwich I have ever had in my life, hands down, and I'm 75 years old. If you cannot do better than microwave sandwiches, please just stick to coffee. I know some people like it. I do not. Not only do I hate to waste food, I REALLY hate to waste money. You won't be getting any more of mine. All that mess was between $15-$20!

It was really smooth and a very nice quality. The second drink was an iced latte from their specialty menu that had been renamed for a special event I was attending. I loved the flavor of the coffee, so much so that I grabbed some of their beans to take home as well. Merch - There was a great selection of merch from the company and local artisans as well. The stickers and mucus has some really cool designs. Staff - the baristas were some of the nicest people. Not only were they slinging drinks and working the event, but they were just amazingly personable and kind to all of our group. Location - most importantly though was the stunning location. The furniture, decor, vibe and even the commitment to theme through the bathrooms was everything. Even the confessionals booth was just perfect. Overall it is definitely a visit, and I will be back.
