Love the Pecan Waffle service is quick also! Also like the two egg breakfast and they get the hash browns crispy just like I order them!

i was there last night 02/08/26 at 11:45pm. Unit 1036. I ordered all star breakfast. eggs scrambled well, bacon, waffle and hash browns in the ring cooked on both sides. Well bacon was burnt, eggs were scorched and nasty, waffle too done, no syrup, never cut waffle, I did manage to eat my hashbrowns and two pieces burnt bacon. left the rest. I paid $14.25 for hashbrowns 1/2 peice toast and some burnt bacon. very dissatisfied. Not once did they ask if everything was okay or if we needed anything. I didn't tip them cause they deserved nothing. Waffle House didn't deserve $14 for serving me food I couldn't eat. My order number was 200276. My email is gbates442000@yahoo.com. This location does a good job. It can get busy in the morning but they manage themselves well and get you fed and out the door pretty quickly. Food is always prepared as it should be and the staff we've encountered are all pleasant and attentive. We are local and eat here often, usually breakfast when they're busy. read more

It's the only sit down place in this town where you can get a decent breakfast that isn't fast food. You can get your bacon and eggs just the way you like it! No it isn't Cracker Barrel... But at least it's better than McDonald's... :-) read more

Not a good experience. There were flies everywhere and the waiter gave my boyfriend all of his food, the all star which included: eggs, bacon, hash browns AND a waffle when I only ordered bacon and a waffle. She only served me bacon until I asked for my missing waffle after a period of time to which she made apparent that she forgot my waffle entirely. Not good service, would not recommend. read more

We were hungry and it was late. The server was very pissed off the whole time and wanted to go home. She gave us the wrong drinks, complained about the cook, and kept wanting us to cash out. I can't imagine she will be there that long. The other employees looked so sad having to work with her. read more

Had to stay in Tullahoma because all the motels on I-24 were full. Went to this Waffle House the next morning for breakfast. I LOVE Waffle House for breakfast and they are always best in the South! They were pretty busy when we arrived and managed to snag the last booth. Our orders were taken quickly and food arrived shortly after. All hot, correctly prepared and delicious! We would definitely stop again when traveling! read more

Tried calling in a to-go order was told to wait an hour for cleaning. Called back an hour later was told the same thing while I was outside watching staff do nothin. This location needs to be just shutdown. read more

Night shift doesn't answer the phone. Even after calling them 5 times and driving there to see them not have any customers. It's ridiculous.

We walked into a crowded restaurant which we knew it was going to take a minute to sit/serve us. While you have a full room you have to continue to give great customer service that keeps people coming back. If we weren't so hungry and it wasn't midnight we would've walked out. We were here running Ragnar TN. Once we were seated they ignored us for at least 20 min took our drink order ignored us another 15 min. Finally received our food and it lacked flavor but had plenty of grease! So I would pass on this the next time and find s near by Walmart or gas station read more

Food is always good! Staff is friendly, just would maybe reccomened to keep their personal conversations between one another on the DL. I came across one bad experience back in October with the night shift a shorter African American female kind of on the thick end was in charge of the night shift we went in around 3am or so to eat a loud intoxicated group came in and was extremely loud and rude and just the language was inappropriate. The poor young kid that was working same shift was extremely nice i felt bad for him as the night manager was rude to him and condoning to the intoxicated group rather then letting them know to tone it down due to other customers. But no she was disrespectful as well. The young man continued to apologize to us as i just got out of the hospital that night and had to stop and eat as i felt weak. I just feel the manager or owner should really keep a good eye on the overnight shift. read more

I have never been to a Waffle House before but I'm a convinced patron now. I loved their country gravy and their pecan waffles. I love how you can customize your hash browns. My fave right now is "capped" and "country." They put sautéed mushrooms and country gravy. YUM! I will definitely come back to this franchise for their delicious breakfast foods. read more

I visit here several times aday both the Tullahoma and the Decerd stores and know both Manager's yes i would Recommend them both

This waffle house is consistent. A great place to get food fast. Eggs are consistently made to order; bacon is good and made to order; steak is flat, plain and made to order: bathrooms still stink. It's everything you expect from a waffle house. Don't expect Sunday morning brunch. No balding English man in a tuxedo preparing mimosas to be found here. Discusting and extremely dirty. First off my husband used the restroom and was discusted. He also found something stuck to the inside of his cup when it was first brought to the table. He exchanged it...one cup no big deal. Then i noticed something floating around in my drink and my daughter's cup was dirty with stuck on gunk too! Once we started paying attention to everything we noticed the silverware wasnt clean either with stuck on bits of food. We got up and left before the food arrived. read more

Absolutely horrible. Don't expect the traditional Waffle House friendliness at this particular location. Our server (Patricia) was not only rude, she refused to continue service after it was pointed out that she had brought our order incorrectly. We tried to be gracious ( I am a former server) about our most recent dining experience, but after error upon error and the subsequent rudeness, we refuse to ever go back. (and when I say errors, I mean, forgetting half of the food, snarling at us when we asked for long overdue drink refills, bringing half of the order 15 minutes late, charging the wrong price for the item, then refusing to correct it to the price listed on the menu) We even called the corporate line (which I would not normally do!) and were mailed a $10.00 voucher for our trouble.
