The heater was leveled when we turned it on. However, the fan was hitting something causing a racket. We had to tilt the unit to a 30 degree angle for it to stop. Not good. I was amazed as to the quality and workmanship. Received a finished drawer that was a upgrade to the quality of wood that drawer was originally crafted. I received top quality job/workmanship. I needed a kitchen wall cabinet and microwave installed. The cabinet looked like it was falling…read moredown so I needed it fixed before installing the microwave. I had several people that offered to help. When one person tried to get the cabinet fixed, it fell apart. I had to find new cabinet. I could not find a 30 x 16 wall cabinet. 30 x 18 was too big. I got a 30 x 14. Several people, who I now call idiots tried to install the new cabinet, cutting holes in all the wrong places. They also marked up the wall and ceiling in the wrong places and drilled holes all over the place. I'd had enough. Beside not knowing what they were doing the stove was moved out if the way. I had no microwave or stove to cook. I put a request on Yelp and a savior named Michael the owner of the Transformation Shop replied. After I told him my horror story he said he would look at everything and see if it could be done and give me a quote. Two days later he showed up said he could fix it all up and gave me a very reasonable quote. I accepted the quote. Instead of setting up a date to fix it, he jumped right in and started work at once. It took him about 2 hours and it was completed. I was so excited. It was after 4 when he arrived so I thought it would be several days before I could actually cook in my own kitchen after a month trying to get this work done. I had a microwave and stove and my kitchen looked fabulous. I thanked the good lord for sending Michael to save me from a total disaster. He was great to talk to, he asked my opinion on options, and most of all he listened. I could not be happier or more excited than I am. My girlfriend stopped by and she was amazed at how great it looked and was functional. Thanks Michael for a great job. I'm sure I'll be calling you again.

I Hired…read moreKYJunkNinja Cleanout Professionals to haul junk, I paid via credit card, and just a few hours later my credit card company sent me a fraudulent alert of an attempted online transaction from a business that had just swiped my card. I knew immediately that it was Ky Junk Ninja and my credit card company confirmed it. I sent a text to this guy letting him know that I was aware of his attempted fraudulent transactions and at that time he reversed one transaction immediately. The card company was able to catch and decline the other online fraudulent transaction. Thank goodness I have Life Lock they also intervened the transactions. It's sad, you can't trust some people. He has also been reported on every social media platform.
