We have called several times and left messages with the sales staff, our original salesperson and the person in charge of title paperwork with no response from any (and in fact, we feel that we are being ghosted - the receptionist stated that the title person's phone isn't working and the mailbox was full for the sales guy). While the salesperson and other people at the time of sale were professional, it doesn't help when there is no follow up on the other end (although the hours it took to purchase the car was crazy considering it wasn't financed). My husband is going to the tag office to try to extend the dealer tag for an additional 30 days (which required travel to our attorney to get the form notarized). All of this is requiring hours out of his workday that should not have been required. (And, as an example of great service and a lesson learned to stick with the actual Audi dealer, we also purchased a new 2027 Audi Q7 from Audi Atlanta two weeks after the purchase from Classic Cadillace and already have the title and registration). Follow up: My husband went to the dealership today and discovered that there was some paperwork issue on their end and they did not alert us. He said that he was provided several excuses but did not find any sort of urgency. We are now okay for another 30 days but there are going to bigger issues once my daughter needs to leave for college and we still don't have a tag.

I bought a brand new Suburban Premiere edition eight months ago from Day's Chevrolet…read more In October, I started to notice a smell in the cabin that got progressively worse - a smell like "dirt" which we all know is a sign of mildew/mold. I took it in to Day's and they determined that the drain tube for the area around the sun roof had gotten pinched and instead of draining down the tube, water was running inside the roof, down the pillar, behind the dash and underneath the carpet. So, they ordered and replaced everything "cloth" (carpets, headliner, etc) in the cabin - removed everything from the interior, wiped everything (including the inside of all the doors) with a bleach solution in an attempt to kill the mold/mildew.- no dice...the smell was still there - BAD - and it was determined that there was no way to fix it. Here's where everything gets really good (and I do mean good - not in a sarcastic way). Without going into the long, boring details, in the end they replaced my Suburban with a brand new one - I simply had to pick out a new one (which I found online and they had transferred to their dealership) and submit the paperwork necessary to start the exchange - no arguments, no attempts to get around it, just good old-fashioned great customer service. It wasn't a fast process. It all started in November and I didn't pick up the new Suburban until last week - BUT - Ben Larue (the service manager) Jeff Amerson (the new car sales manager) and Mark Simpson (the salesman handling the new purchase) went well beyond the call of duty to make sure the whole process went as seamlessly as possible. They were easy to get on the phone, easy to talk to, kept in constant contact with me throughout the process and did it all with a friendly demeanor most wouldn't normally expect from a car dealership. I had many options when I bought my Suburban - for the amount I spent I could have purchased a wide variety of other cars or SUV's from other auto makers - having chosen to purchase a Suburban, I also had the option of going to any of a long list of Chevrolet dealerships in close proximity to my home. My experience with Day's, both during the first purchase and in the process of replacing it with a new one, has earned them a life-long customer. If you are in the market for a new car and considering Chevrolet, it's well worth the trip to visit Day's and see what they can do for you.

After having it stolen, I was back in the market for another car and I didn't hesitate to make the drive 1.5 hours up to H and S. Over the course of two weeks, Kayla guided me back toward my second 4Runner, which is as perfect for me and my three boys as the first one was. You pay what you see, the cars are awesome and so are their warranty options. I hope I don't have to buy a car again too soon but if I do, I will most definitely come back to H and S. 10 out of 10 experience.
