I have had so many plumbing issues in my new home that I called JJ twice to fix them! First out dated pipes were leaking everywhere and clogged up in the bathroom and kitchen, causing us to use a hose outside for water until we called JJ to our rescue. I called JJ after my mom, a real estate agent has been using them for years for her home and listings, recommended them. They came out and fixed the kitchen and bathroom clogs and installed some new piping and faucets that were much needed in my older home. They were clean, fast and efficient! They later replaced our old rusted, leaking water-heater with a new one, as well and fixed a leak in my garage. Since I was unable to be home during the installation I was very happy that during the process they called me and kept me informed of the progress. By the time I got home I had hot water YAY :) The prices were reasonable and service was fast and friendly. I have spent a year trying to get a refund and he always tells me he will put a refund check in the mail but never does. I turned 76 yrs old last month and I am a widow of 4 years. I would not trust Jason to do any work for me.

It was with dread I inspected a drip coming from the drywall/ceiling of the garage.  From past…read moreexperience I knew I'd need a plumber and later a drywall company.  It was Friday night and I was hoping I wouldn't have to have the water off all weekend.  Called AA Plumbing Services a bit after 6pm and I was able to get an appointment for 8pm.  Antonio came by and cut a hole where the water damaged the drywall in the ceiling of the garage.  It was not obvious where the leak was.  He had to go upstairs into the kitchen and cut a hole in the drywall under the kitchen sink.  Turns out it was the pipe going from the garage to the kitchen.  He cut out the bad section of pipe and replaced it. Antonio was nice, located the problem quickly even though the leak was in a challenging spot to reach, and promptly made a repair.  Very speedy response and his after hours rate of $100/hr was reasonable.  I'll be using AA Plumbing Services for all my plumbing needs going forward.  The advantage to going with a small family run business is you don't have to help pay for the tv and print advertising.
