As usual, I referred to yelp and reached out to various cleaners from the area to compare estimates for upholstery cleaning. After speaking to 5 different companies, all with price points ranging from $80-$160 I decided to go with Coast 2 Coast Steam Cleaning. I specifically spoke with Roland and he gave me some details in regards to the cleaning process and type of equipment needed. He gave me an estimate for the cost of cleaning the couch and explained why it was that pricing. He was very knowledgeable and friendly so I decided to give his company a try. I initially scheduled an appointment for tomorrow but later asked if there was any way he could come today. I didn't want the pet urine to settle into the cushion of the couch and wanted to get it done right away. Roland was extremely accommodating and came a couple of hours later. When he arrived he was professional and set up his equipment right away. Unfortunately due to where I live (2nd floor condominium) there was no access to a water supply for the cleaning. However, Roland made it a point to look for other water supplies and found one near the pool. Once everything was set up he immediately started working. Roland went above and beyond to get the job done. He was efficient, courteous, and attentive. I found my new "go to" for future cleaning and will be sure to refer this company to family and friends.

I actually would have loved to give Richard a 5-star rating here because he was fast, on time, did a good job at getting stains out, and seemed like a genuinely nice guy. However, once the new tenants moved into the place, they vacuumed and picked up a bunch of pet hair and wanted it recleaned. I checked with Richard and he said that the carpet is in bad condition and there's nothing else he can do (which he already told me earlier, so that was fine). To which I responded that I would give him the landlord's number in case they want to rebook another cleaning (and because they're claiming I didn't get it professionally cleaned) and he responded with "Well the truth is I don't have anything to talk about with them, that's your issue." The tenants are claiming that I didn't have professional cleaning done, even though I did through Richard, so I do think it's also his issue. Regardless, that was such an unprofessional and rude response. I wasn't even being rude to him either, I would be more understanding if I was being horrible, but I wasn't. Too bad because I would have continued to use his services.

It took an extra trip and some more money to make it right, but he did make it right in the end ultimately. I have expensive floor to floor wool carpeting and it's been impossible to find a wool carpet cleaner. It took many referrals until I finally got a hold of a company to clean- this company. I would give Alec and his company a shot, especially if you have wool carpeting. Tip of advice- if you are doing carpet cleaning, try to do it on a day that's not rainy and or too humid outside as the drier it is outside, the easier it is for your carpet to try and to avoid brown out/wicking of your carpet.

In the past, living in a second floor condo, service required more equipment and typically two persons for a cleaning. We tried the low-moisture cleaning which looked just ok when done. We were told it should lighten up once dry and he said "It's not bad. It looks better than before." We decided to take a wait and see approach. After several weeks, the carpet looked liked it hadn't been cleaned at all. We believe without the hot water extraction, the dirt deep down wasn't adequately removed. We wouldn't choose the low-moisture option again. Pricing was fair though I believe we had a smaller number of rooms done than in previous visits.

They came on time and even 10min earlier. Wow. My carpet was cleaning from the begging, so I am not sure how well they were. But I just needed a proof for the owner to know that I had the carpet cleaning done. They were quick and cheap. 1bed room apartment for 70$. I'll def recommend this company for a quick move out carpet cleaning!

We did a little walk through, I showed him some trouble spots, and then he got his gear prepped and ready. When it came to the actually cleaning, he steamed the area first and then goes over it with the wet vac. He did the stairs, hallway, and 2 large bedrooms. It look just about on hour from start to finish (including prepping his gear and packing up to leave). The carpets look good as new and the price was affordable. While this service is not a big-name company and doesn't offer fancy extras (e.g. you gotta move things out of the way before hand on your own), I didn't mind - I just want the carpet clean and now they are! hah
