He went to his shop and looked around until he found the exact piece I was needing. He then, on his own time, brought it to my office and gave it to me without letting me pay him for the part. None of the customers were "do-it-yourself" type of people, so they had to wait. Even after several calls were made over the loud speaker, no help went to that aisle after 40 minutes.

He provided the number and after calling and leaving several message on the companies voicemail, i received a text saying they did not sell the exact shed shown at Home Depot however had other sheds to sell me. This is what we call a "bait and switch." I will NEVER shop at the Home Depot again! Their like a Kmart and Lowes is the walmart taking all the business.
