Sent me to a dealership "to fix the problem with my car's computer system". After going to a dealer's shop and paying $125 for their diagnostic and a second emission test, which passed, the dealer suggested that I go back to SL Hills for a refund, because their state-emission tester was faulty. (It happens to the dealer on occasion, so they get a replacement.) Eric, the owner at SL Hills, said that it was the state's machine, and it wasn't his problem if their machine was faulty. Would not give me a refund for the inspection, much less any compensation for the other $100+ that I spent without cause. I won't ever be going back. Any customer looking for helpful customer relations/service and accountability for their work should also look elsewhere, IMHO.
