Doing the dreaded Spring Cleaning for me requires a trip to the laundry mat to wash my big rugs, and all my winter blankets and winter clothes before storing them, so I go to this laundry because they have those GIANT washers that you can cram everything thing in! I've also been to their location over on Clear Acre and McCarran. They offer free dryers but the free ones take too long, so its better to just use the pay dryers. I like Duds n Suds because its very clean, and as far as laundry mats go its the best ones I've ever been to. Whats really cool about D&S is that they have a bar, poker, slots, video games, candy machines, and wildly good concession stand style food - like nachos, chili dogs, and soda. Who knew a laundry mat could double as a place to wash your dirty stuff, get a beer, something to eat, and gamble! Now if they just had a nail salon in there it would be perfect! The loud TVs might drive you crazy if the 500 children running around dont! Just wear your IPOD (and drink plenty of beer) and you'll barely notice any of this! The staff is friendly, and they even have drop off wash/dry/fold service if your lazy and dont wanna wash your own clothes! What more could you want? read more

Terrible ! Came in with a large amount of clothes. Spend $60. The place was dirty. The machines were dirty. There was a car parked in front of the ramp blocking handicap access. The employee? Too busy with her boyfriend or on her phone to do any part of her job. I won't be back. read more

They have beer specials here (and super cheap) so, it takes the sting out of doing laundry for sure. Had to rent a house with no washer/dryer and was so happy to learn about their laundry service. They will customize to fit your laundry needs- weekly, bi weekly, etc. I just leave it out Monday mornings in a tub, they come get it and clothes are all back, folded and cleaner than I think I ever managed to get them. The BEST place to do laundry!!!! It's in a good location, has tables to sit at, has a TV, a bar, food, and drinks! Also has plenty of dryers and washers- most of the washers are front loaders, so they're much nicer than a lot of other laundromats. Also, Dominique is AMAZING! Every time she's working, every washer is cleaned and ready to use! She's also super friendly and very helpful! Most other days when she is not here, the washers can be dirty- I will usually just wipe them out. Otherwise, this place is better than any of the other laundromats I've been to! read more

I think it borders on false advertising to claim you have all these great, jumbo, mega machines when your employees use EVERY SINGLE ONE of them, then go park themselves at a booth and chat with customers drinking beer while their items sit finished for over 20 minutes. I also don't appreciate the snide attitude of your employees when I finally ask them if any of the machines will open up with the loud response of "You see those three big boxes over there?!! We have to wash them all!!" Maybe you should do drop-off customers before or after hours or at least not during the busy times. Or maybe employees shouldn't be taking multiple long breaks while the clothes just sit there. What a lousy morning I spent there. read more

Stopped by here while the family and I were on vacation. Found this place to be very clean and family friendly. Attendants were very polite and helpful. Machines were all in great condition. Definitely recommend!! Only downside was the video slot machines sucked me in...LOL! read more

This is by far the best laundromat I've ever been to! There are four sizes of washers, the jumbo ones run at about $2.50 a load and hold a decent amount of clothes. There's also a bar that has beer, snacks, and pop, all resonably priced. There's an arcade area where everything costs about a dollar, five tables for eating at, as well as slot machines and a pool table. Very clean and the attendants are friendly. I'd definitely recommend it and come back if I was in the area and had dirty laundry. read more

Was pretty happy with most of my experiences I always just sat on the washer and read while my clothes were in the cycle. One day though I was sitting on top of the washer and the employee tells me to "get off and go sit at the tables with everyone else" I was definitely a lil shook were in a pandemic and there no social distancing in the lounge I mean they don't make you wear a mask which doesn't bother me too much I mean there a private business they can do what they want but I was shocked that they made me who does where a mask a takes covid seriously sit right next to everyone all I was doing was sitting on the washing machine like I feel like that's kinda common they are also a little pricier than most places I assume cuz they have bar in there with nobody ever behind it though. The owners seems great though supports vets and really nice he never told be to get off the washer either!! I think it the employees really kinda kill the whole places vibe read more

Every time we have come here they have been very snooty, and just a good plain rude attitude. I have been coming to this place for laundry for years with no issues, place is clean, nice staff, plenty to keep people occupied, no issues at all until today. Today I was parked outside in a parking space sitting in my car minding my business waiting for my laundry to wash. A silver car pulls up and asks us to move so she can park even tho the guy in front of us is the one parked in two spots, I declined stating she can ask the guy parked wrong to move, she then calls me a dick and saying she works here and I need to move so she can park. I again declined and she got pissed off called me a dick and an asshole for not moving out of the place I have been parked in for the last 30 minutes. Dont know her name but she has long dark hair and drives a silver car, I am going to have to say that's ridiculous and you dont harass customers because you cant find parking. This place forever has a much worse rating for the shitty employee. Amendment: My wife was walking outside to get the quarters from our vehicle and she proceeds to continue to tell my wife that I am a asshole for not moving for her. I am going to be complaining directly to corporate or whoever's in charge of the establishment. That is not how to treat paying customers that come in and spend money weekly sometimes twice in a week every week for years. read more

Never come here on the weekend. The people that work here use the laundry machines and dryers for the laundry service at the busiest time of the day and weekend. Several times, I have had a heaping pile of wet laundry and must wait for a dryer. I like this place because it is clean and there is some assemblance of order. I had read the other reviews and was glad to see they were accurate. I hadn't been to a laundromat in a long time, and I needed a large commercial washer and dryer. This place has lots of different kinds of machines, as well food and drink, slots, tv. In addition they have a very helpful attendant. My only complaint is that people who smoke go outside onto the front steps to do so, and when the front doors open, all the smoke blows in on peoples' clean laundry! Wow. Impressed. One of the cleanest laundry places I have ever been to. Leaves the one I go to in my hometown to shame. Expect to pay about $2.50 a load for standard washer and jumbo washers are a cool $5 bucks a load. Jumbo high speed dryers are 10min for $.25 cents. Not bad. I really like the fact there's a snack bar, slot machines, arcade games, fold n fluff services, and a change machine. I would def be back to do laundry should I be back in this area. The attendant was extremely helpful and I couldn't believe that there was a little snack bar (even serving beer!) with tables and bench seating. The right stuff at the right time. We were visiting Nevada for a few days. By the time we got to Reno we needed to do some laundry. We found Duds N Suds via google and thought it would be as good as any. Chris made sure it was better than good. He said for us to just get the wash started and he would take it from there. They will do your laundry for you here, and fold it. If you have to slip out, and are really nice, they will even put it in the dryer for you. If you don't have cash or quarters on you, no worries, they will let you use a card instead. They also have beer and other snacks. My daughter loves the soft pretzels, and the wifi is pretty nice too. This is my go to place. read more

I am so disappointed. The employees cuss like a sailors. Kids are often around. Last week one of the employees said the word F*CK a dozen times in front of a little girl, the mother looked at me in horror. She was too shy to say anything, but took her child out of the building and stood outside in the heat rather than be near your cussing employee. Today another incident happened that pushed me over the edge. Two women working today, one older one a bit younger. The young one was complaining about being hungover the entire time I was washing laundry. The older blond was cussing like a sailor and very loudly talking about both women and their partying and how much money they make at their job. When the younger one complained about not getting a raise one of your other employees joined in. He was vacuuming out the lint filters and dryers, but the girls convinced him to stop working and sit with them at the bar. The talked about a lot of personal things. Then the man said to the younger woman...If you show more skin you will make more money. That was the last straw. I was disgusted by his words, I was disgusted by the behavior of all of the employees, but the sexual overtones of all three during the conversation was above and beyond disgusting. read more
