Im tired, in pain and taking too long to get my mris from Pearland to give to my attorney and new dr. i told you prescribing dr was incompetent so attorney had to get a new dr for me. A simple thing like mri report is now taking all morning and neither location is helping. Print it out in a word document or something and email it to me since your server is not working. Ive tried 4 times 2 times from each link you both sent and im leaving a Google review with screenshots and I want the owner to know whats going on because im sending this to my attorney as well It took too long to make appointment with your open mri its been over a month since I did mris in pearland July 9th. I never got my disk and I saw you gave it to the 2 black men that were there before me that day. The girl was making errors that day and I never got any follow up info from you or Matthew's who dropped the ball since she made the order. Im filing a grievance with the TEXAS MEDICAL BOARD FOR THEM. I just want my mris so I can email to my new doctor today, it shouldn't take this long the delays are making my pain worse and we can't fix it until we know whats wrong!! The incompetence and lack of care for me as a patient is unacceptable!!! Get the owner to send my mris immediately!!! No more excuses!

The visit was all well until I took the medication. With her being a doctor she should have been more alert that I was a young adult and couldn't take a high dose of medicine. She gave me 500mg of Flagyl and I took that as the directions told me too. That medicine gave me the worst allergic reaction. All of the side effects that is under that medication I went through. When my mental state changed I called her office to let her know that I was having complications with the medicine and she put in a lower dosage to my pharmacy. I called my pharmacy and then was told that the medicine was never called in by the doctor. The doctor was careless and pregnant. She should have been more aware because after all that I had went through I had to be rushed to the emergency room and stayed there for 6 days. Then after that I still couldn't get my mind back to normal. I had to be rushed to another hospital and stayed there for 15 days. Horrible. I will never come here again, I will just have to find me another and BETTER DOCTOR! After all the hospital visits, I had to drop all my classes from college and quit my job. She nearly killed me and with that medicine. But thank God, I pulled through! Beware of this doctor, or enter at your own risk! I am a living testimony! She may be nice, but there's always a price you have to pay with niceness. I paid that price!

Ugh, finding a new OB-GYN -- probably one of the most underrated female fears of moving. Having visited Houston Women's Care Associates in the Med Center for my well-woman exam last year, I was pleased to find out that The Woman's Place here in Pearland was one of their partnering offices. Scheduling an appointment was easy: the receptionist returned my call promptly, she was very friendly and pleasant to talk to, and I was able to schedule an appointment two days later w/ Dr. Morgan. Their office is located in a small plaza on Broadway/518 near 288, devoid of insane traffic or parking fees like their main office in the Med Center. If you're a new patient, arrive early because of paperwork... paperwork that contains basically the same information you provide to the receptionist when setting up your appointment. Weird. The office is nice and cozy; big waiting area and such. However, after being spoiled at the main location, where the examination rooms have plush pillows, chairs, changing curtains, and other little goodies, the rooms here are more... traditional. Nothing fancy. Nothing extra. Dr. Morgan is very sweet and has great bedside manner, but my visit felt very quick. Again, perhaps I'm spoiled by my experience @ the HQ, where my OB-GYN took the time to talk to me in her office before bringing me to an exam room and getting down to business. I have no major qualms about The Woman's Place -- I mean, Dr. Morgan told me right away that everything felt normal, and I got my BC refilled -- but it was definitely one of my more impersonal visits.

From the moment I arrived, Laura and Amy treated me with extraordinary kindness and professionalism. They explained every step of the procedure in detail, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely at ease. The level of personal attention felt like the concierge-style care I experienced while living in Germany under a national healthcare system. Dr. Trevino was exceptional. He is not the kind of detached, assembly-line physician often associated with the for profit, high-volume American "healthcare" system. Dr. Trevino was warm, engaging, and genuinely present. Before and during the procedure, he put me at ease with music and his calm demeanor. We chatted naturally, making what could have been an intimidating experience feel surprisingly comfortable. Overall, Dr. Trevino is a delightful conversationalist who treats patients as people and not as numbers. I was so relaxed that I barely realized I was having a biopsy. Best of all, I experienced very little pain. This was one of the finest healthcare experiences I have ever had in the backwards "healthcare" system in the United States, and I was born and raised in the US. The compassion, respect, and patient-centered approach reminded me of the outstanding care I experienced in Europe, where the focus is on people, not profit. The Rose is truly a blessing. After Memorial Hermann estimated nearly $10,000 for my biopsy, The Rose's estimate was less than $700. Providing this level of care while making healthcare affordable is an extraordinary service to the community. Some of the negative reviews seem to expect concierge-level amenities on a community-clinic budget. My experience was quite the opposite. I encountered a team of skilled professionals who genuinely cared, communicated clearly, and treated me with dignity and compassion. Kudos to Dr. Trevino, Laura, Amy, and the entire staff. You transformed what could have been one a stressful morning into one marked by kindness, professionalism, and genuine human connection. Thank you for proving that outstanding healthcare can be both compassionate and affordable. I left feeling grateful, not demanding or nit picky, but deeply appreciative that organizations like The Rose exist and make high-quality healthcare accessible to everyday people.
