I had a breast biopsy at The Rose yesterday, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about my…read moreexperience. From the moment I arrived, Laura and Amy treated me with extraordinary kindness and professionalism. They explained every step of the procedure in detail, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely at ease. The level of personal attention felt like the concierge-style care I experienced while living in Germany under a national healthcare system. Dr. Trevino was exceptional. He is not the kind of detached, assembly-line physician often associated with the for profit, high-volume American "healthcare" system. Dr. Trevino was warm, engaging, and genuinely present. Before and during the procedure, he put me at ease with music and his calm demeanor. We chatted naturally, making what could have been an intimidating experience feel surprisingly comfortable. Overall, Dr. Trevino is a delightful conversationalist who treats patients as people and not as numbers. I was so relaxed that I barely realized I was having a biopsy. Best of all, I experienced very little pain. This was one of the finest healthcare experiences I have ever had in the backwards "healthcare" system in the United States, and I was born and raised in the US. The compassion, respect, and patient-centered approach reminded me of the outstanding care I experienced in Europe, where the focus is on people, not profit. The Rose is truly a blessing. After Memorial Hermann estimated nearly $10,000 for my biopsy, The Rose's estimate was less than $700. Providing this level of care while making healthcare affordable is an extraordinary service to the community. Some of the negative reviews seem to expect concierge-level amenities on a community-clinic budget. My experience was quite the opposite. I encountered a team of skilled professionals who genuinely cared, communicated clearly, and treated me with dignity and compassion. Kudos to Dr. Trevino, Laura, Amy, and the entire staff. You transformed what could have been one a stressful morning into one marked by kindness, professionalism, and genuine human connection. Thank you for proving that outstanding healthcare can be both compassionate and affordable. I left feeling grateful, not demanding or nit picky, but deeply appreciative that organizations like The Rose exist and make high-quality healthcare accessible to everyday people.

If you are active‑duty military or have TRICARE, please avoid Grace ER at 10900 Gulf Fwy, Houston,…read moreTX 77034. My family is visiting Houston on vacation, and my 8‑year‑old son had a severe allergic reaction--he was struggling to breathe and had hives all over his body. When we arrived at Grace ER, instead of receiving urgent care, the doctor (Dr. H -- didn't catch his full name) told the nurse he wouldn't treat my child because we have TRICARE insurance. What makes this even more frustrating is that Grace ER's own website states: "We are committed to caring for you and will always work with you and adjust our rates accordingly even when you have no insurance." So according to their policy, someone with no insurance would receive care--but a child with TRICARE was refused. In the middle of a medical emergency, his health was dismissed without hesitation. As a military family, this was shocking, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. If you value your safety and your family's well‑being, especially if you're active duty or covered by TRICARE, please stay away from Grace ER.

They were like next day or day after, whatever works best for you! I was very grateful since I was in considerable pain. Arrived for my appt, be advised it's a tiny parking lot with a lot of construction work around it. Waiting area was nice and clean and chairs were comfy compared to most. Front office staff was friendly and helpful and quick to get everything in order for me to be ready for my appointment time. Paperwork via iPad was super simple and easy to fill out. Again be advised, just because people got there after you and get called before you to go back, doesn't mean they forgot about you. They offer many tests and some are quicker than others. I was called back by a wonderful lady named Sonya. She made me feel very comfortable and talked me through step by step about my scan and what to expect during and after. She made sure I was steady on my feet before leaving and gave clear instructions for what to eat/drink and possible manageable side effects of the liquid I had to drink before testing. I highly recommend this office for quality customer service, patient care and efficient testing.

However, when I got there and was finally able to go back for the MRI they told me that they needed the remote!?!? I told them that nobody told me to bring the remote just to have it fully charged. So, they couldn't do my MRI after waiting 1 1/2 hours. I rescheduled my MRI and brought the remote this time and I have been waiting another 1 1/2 hours and the waiting room is full and they're saying it's going to be at least another hour before I can be seen. I also have an order for an MRI on my back but I will NEVER come back here again. Absolute nightmare.
