He not only listened . . . he actually understood the look I was trying to achieve. He sees the subtle coloration in the rocks (as do I) and has a very artistic eye. And, he guided me throughout this process. When I went to the yard to select rocks, I was greeted by Bud, the dog (in addition to the staff). Bud is super cool and was just another positive aspect of this experience for me. I am particular and had a vision in mind, so it was important that the end result achieved the goal. Hans, who was easy-going and quite personable, did the placement work. He moved the gigantic claw arm with utter precision and had an artist's eye for placement! And, he was so very patient as I asked to tweek the rock placement. When the rocks were set, he even used the claw to level out the soil.
