I have come to this location a few times and have only had positive experiences other than the small window of hours that they are actually open. I realize other reviewers have not had a positive experience but given the amount of packages we receive at our home every week, I personally think they do really well. Looks like there may be some inconsistency with their service. For the actual customer service center on Gregory, good experiences and I only knock it to a 4 because their hours are not good. For the actual organizing and delivering of our packages, I would give them a 4.5 star rating. Out of the hundreds of packages we have received, probably 1 or 2 have had issues and who knows if that was before it reached the local UPS. The drivers always leave our items in a protected spot and out of the elements. I think they do a great job.

I just recently used them again but this time it was to haul away a piece of furniture. They were able to pick up the furniture later in the week and also gave me a discount on the cost. They are currently helping out the community by accepting food donations, and they also donate furniture if it's in good condition. The guys that picked up the furniture were prompt and on time and very courteous! Excellent customer service and will definitely use them again if needed.

Another elderly female customer came to the store first, and she also praised the male clerk who responded. The male clerk was very kind to explain to me and responded immediately. What's more, who changed me to a new cover within 5 min. I forgot my phone charger, so I bought it there. Both were reasonably priced, which surprised me since I'm from CA. I was able to visit a very conscientious shop to bring it if the charger was a problem after purchase. I recommend this store to everyone.
