I called to make an appointment as a new patient and new referral from my current dentist. She was very frazzled on the phone responding very rudely when I was giving her my information. I felt like a huge inconvenience to her the whole conversation.They have a no scent/fragrance policy and she was basically practically yelling at me saying that you must follow these instructions because everybody keeps not following them .And then she told me that they do their own x-rays there.She stated that if I had any x-rays previously done that they wouldn't accept them because they will only take their own .And I told her I just had X-rays done a week ago and they were high-quality 3-D x-rays mind you. She said no that if the dentist needs a particular picture of a certain area, then he would have to take them .I then asked her if he will need to take further x-rays, will I be able to decline ?and she said no. Cash payment He did xrays and gave us a huge estimate for an extraction which was the diagnosis he came up with. He preferred cash and landed with us on half the price for a cash deal. We venmoed him the money and he assured that he'll do a excellent write up so we can recuperate our payment. Procedure He was extremely rough with extraction so much so that my head was moving from side to side during extraction. Xrays after procedure taken at another clinic show the bone wall busted and major trauma and destruction on the location because it was done violently. (He overnums you so so you wouldn't feel the distruction during procedure) After procedure He would not take calls to send us medication. He finally sent it after two days. He didn't send us the bill nor trays he took during our visit.

So when it came time for an extraction, I went into flight mode but avoidance was just causing more pain. Luckily, Dr Anderson had such a calming demeanor, and they offered sedation, that I was okay. After a kind assistant named Kelly, held my hand (don't judge) I drifted off to sleep only to awake to a sore mouth but the infected tooth gone. Now, this is no fairy tale, it hurt after the anesthesia and numbing wore off but the experience was good and I felt like I was in good hands with Dr Anderson and staff. So much so that I went back for an implant!
