I get it now. I had to try Duff's at least once to see if they truly are better than the Anchor Bar wings I've had. Niagara Falls was just the most convenient one for my trip at the time. Truthfully, I don't know if the wings are better at the Buffalo locations or not. But I know this much. These were legit better than Anchor. They were crispy without being overdone. They were more tender. They felt like the cooks took extra care to make sure they were perfectly timed. I felt like I could get Anchor Bar wings in Philly. I don't feel that way about Duff's. I feel like they're doing the special thing. And if there are better than this, then someday I hope to find out. read more

The dining area was clean and had a variety of seating options. The menu is pretty straight forward. Wings (standard wings along with boneless), some appetizers and a variety of drink options. The wings are the typical tasty and decently sized wings served at the other Duffs locations. They offer a variety of sauces and serve the wings with celery and blue cheese. I'm not a fan of tabasco so despite friends raving about Duff's for years, I had not been until this year's trip to town. We ordered two flavors of non-Buffalo boneless: hot honey and dr pepper char-bq, and a side of onion rings. I had soda, hubs had a cocktail of which I tried a sip. My favorite part of dinner was the cocktail; if I hadn't been designated driver I would have enjoyed having this. I can't remember which one it was, but it was my kind of cocktail; very fruity, somewhat sweet. Not fancy-schmancy but tasting very good. The onion rings were the breaded kind rather than the crispy bread crumb kind, they were fine but not standout. The wings... eh. I am a big fan of Plucker's Dr. Pepper BBQ wings but I didn't love these. The char taste was actually overpowering and I expected a bit more sweet to the sauce than it had. The hot honey was also charry and not super sweet. It was all fine, but not something I would crave. The place has a cute casual ambience and our food came out fast, there wasn't a crowd though on the weeknight we were there. I'd come either to drink or because friends really wanted to but otherwise I probably wouldn't request it. But, like I said, I'm not a tabasco fan so I couldn't partake in what they are known for and what they (probably) do best, so I don't say this to discourage others - mainly just so I remember my own opinions. read more

This is my second time coming here to this location and I can't believe I never reviewed it. Both visits were consistent with great food and most importantly delicious food. We started off with their Pizza Logs. These came out piping hot. Very cheesy and tasted delicious with the pepperoni and marinara sauce. Soon after, our wings were brought to our table. We ordered their medium, medium hot and their hit. They were all good but regret not ordering something spicier. The hot really wasn't that hot. Duffs is definitely the place to go. We make it up to WNY once a summer and get Duff's every trip, and have always bragged about how no one in the south knows how to cook wings. Asked for extra crispy. Got the opposite. Fat not rendered properly and the skin is flabby and unappetizing. Takeout containers weren't completely closed either and sauce spilled all over inside of bag. I love Duff's wings. Over a decade ago, I visited one of the Buffalo locations. This franchise moved over the border and I was thrilled to get my fix in Vaughan. Last month, I had a brief stay in Niagara Falls, NY. Before checking in to my hotel, I needed lunch. I did a search and found this Duff's location roughly ten minutes away from my hotel. Perfect! This eatery is located in a fairly busy plaza. I had no problem pulling into a parking spot and walking into the restaurant just after 2 pm. I was promptly greeted by a woman. She said that I could sit anywhere and that there were menus on the table. Cool! My server, Jennifer, was friendly and attentive. I got the following items: - Diet Pepsi - #2 lunch special, consisting of ten honey garlic wings, buffalo wing soup, and side salad with Italian dressing My Diet Pepsi came out first. I forgot about how large drink sizes are. It was cold and refreshing. I got a refill towards the end of my meal. My buffalo wing soup and side salad came out next. I enjoyed the soup. I normally don't like buffalo sauce, but it was subtle. The veggies were yummy. The oyster crackers were a nice touch and paired well with the soup. My side salad was generous. It was nice getting crisp lettuce and veggies. The dressing was on the side, which I appreciated being able to control how much of it that I wanted. My wings came out next. They were humungous! I loved the honey garlic sauce on them. The wings were crispy and meaty. So good! The only downside was the bucket for the wings. It didn't have the most pleasing smell to it. Luckily, I moved it further away from the table, which helped. This place got busy by the time I was done eating my late lunch. I'm glad that I came here before the early dinner rush. Visited Buffalo and had heard great things about this franchise, so we decided to stop by and try the chicken wings and smash burgers. We ordered the mild Buffalo wings--they had a bit more kick than expected, but the flavor was great overall. The wings were surprisingly large, which was a definite plus. For the smash burgers, our group tried both the single with mozzarella and the blue cheese option. The mozzarella burger came out on top--juicier and more balanced. We ended up getting the boneless wings (which I know is not as authentic), but I enjoyed them anyway. Apparently they are cut up chicken breasts. I was disappointed that the menu had recently changed so that the prices went up and the quantity of wings that they provide went down. But according to the waitress, the size of the boneless wings is bigger, so maybe it all evens out? The BBQ sauce flavor was too much sauce for me. It was very sweet and very salty. I ended up waking up several times in the middle of the night to guzzle water because I was so thirsty. I enjoyed the dry wings better. My one knock is that the service is SO slow. I couldn't believe how long it took to get my food. I actually saw it sitting on the counter but the waitress didn't pick it up for a good 5 minutes after it landed on the counter. As a traveler I get recommendations of where to eat when I'm in a new town. I was recommended here. The service was outstanding, the food average. I have had chicken wings in almost all the 50 states I have visited, you need to come with it and show a difference. I could of cooked these at home better. We had just learned of this new location and as we were passing by anyway... Located very conveniently in a shopping center right on Niagara Falls Blvd. It's an easy in and out to any direction. Parking is a snap. Our delightful waitress came over as we came in and sat us. It wasn't busy so we really had a choice of where to go. One side was the restaurant, the other side, the bar. We really came in for a snack so we ordered 15 wings and WOW, were they great. I always asked for them "a little crispy." Aren't they always a little crispy? I just want them with a bit more crunch then usual. They always nail it. These wings were mild "Duff's Mild." Fantastic. Once you start eating them, you can't stop. But... we had to. Not a local but i had the best wings of my life here on 8/1/25. Popped in after niagara falls and honestly this place somehow exceeded my extremely high expectations. The presentation is the best ive ever had with wings. Buckets for bones. Extra plate i didnt even know what to do with. The fries separated from the wings. The celery seperate too. Plenty of napkins, wet wipes, refills without asking. I honestly had a great visit even with the drama that some local guy caused that day. He was running his mouth about the bartender and boy she called him out and sent him packing. Ha. I avoid drama at all costs so when she started venting to me about it i did my best to be polite but not really engage the situation. As someone who really really really likes wings and had many birthdays at BW3 I can confidently tell you that these wings are superb, I got the Garlic Pram Wings and 10/10 crispy goodness, soft and tender meat, and all soaking in the mouthwatering garlic sauce, I didn't get but can say I saw someone's order of chicken fingers and those fingers are HUGE!!! The group I was with got different levels of hot and I was told it was pretty accurate but they live for the heat and would be happy if there was an even hotter wing. The staff were incredibly friendly and were able to sit out big party quickly. The staff were also very attentive and did a great job! The tables were a little dirty and the bowls they served the food in looked old. The servers were nice but a little chill. The fries were a little soggy and not salted. The blue cheese was good but the ranch tasted like it was out of a bottle. My kids enjoyed the Mac and cheese but the hot dog bun was ripped so hard for a kid to eat. Great staff (our server was blonde with green eyes, very attentive and helpful with our inexperienced ordering). We ordered 30 wings: 20 mild and 10 naked with spicy garlic parm on the side, large fries and fried dill pickle. We enjoyed the crispy non-breaded wings which were good size and perfectly cooked in our opinion. My table mates found the "mild" to have a slight kick and I didn't find the "spicy garlic parm" spicy at all, just good flavour. We have found a new resto to visit the next time we are in the area! After exploring Niagara Falls, our family stopped into Duff's for lunch. My husband and I chose a Buffalo chicken salad and 5 boneless wings. My 5 year old had a kids cheeseburger meal with fries. I want to start out by saying that I have been to Duff's before at the Clarence location, and it has been amazing! I was in the Niagara Falls area and decided to stop at this location instead, but that was a mistake. We were seated quickly and ordered wings with fried pickles to start. About 10 minutes after we ordered, our waitress Ally came back to our table and informed us that they were actually out of the fried pickles. Why didn't she tell us this before? No clue. But we settled for fries instead, which took an additional 15 minutes to come out. Tried the fries, they were plain, so we decided we wanted some ranch dressing. Kept looking around for our waitress but she was nowhere to be seen for about 20 more minutes, at which point she finally came up to refill our empty drinks and I asked if we could get some ranch dressing on the side. She brought them and about 30 more minutes passed before our wings arrived. Wings were fine, slightly overcooked and worse than the Clarence location. Overall, not worth my money or my time. The shortest part of the entire ordeal was us eating! Took ages for our food to come out, for our drinks to be refilled, and frankly I felt neglected at my table with the waitress visiting us about 5 times in total. Next time I'll drive the 30 extra minutes to Clarence. read more
